Finally joined the New Gen crowd
Bucky92 replied to Turbone's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXRob..Dave was averaging 28-29mpg with Princess coming back from the Dragon..she was getting about the same as Rocky..And you know if you would make it out this way..you would be treated like a celebrity.... I have a spare bedroom in my house..and the office ..and an air mattress ( for the boys if needed) I know in PA there are are few places that would put you up..

Looks AWESOME John!!!! You have one of my favorite Brats out there ( next to Hocrests Becca...thats because I drove her and Daves 3 Subies and Melis's 3 Subies feel like they are part of mines family). Looking forward to seeing it again to see what all you have done ( those rockers) to it...Just an all around Badazz Brat John!

I would like to thank y'all..
Awesome story...and isnt it funny how certain ones are fine with just what needs to be done to keep them going...never complain ..always there when you need them..even when there are problems they just happily try their best to do what you want of them...Sounds like Sue was cut from the same mold as Bucky. Also sounds like Sue is happy she is with you or she wouldnt be there for you every time you ask

Diff Clunkin???? 88 XT6 5 spd
If I can get under it to look...we all know its not the safest to do..That is probably what it is...guess its another part I have to look for:-\

Diff Clunkin???? 88 XT6 5 spd
I think my Diff is clunkin in Rocky...used to clunk alittle going into reverse and turning ( more like a bad u-joint clunk) but since coming back from the Dragon its been worse...louder in reverse while turning AND also forward in tight slow speed turns....Its not an axle and when it does clunk you can feel it through the entire car...I have no choice but to drive it for at least the next 2-3 weeks for my new job.Its a governement job with armed guards everywhere and everything has to be 100% legal there...so no sneaking in one of the other 2 once in awhile when needed.Once I start getting a paycheck again I am getting the Imp legal and will start running that one. You think Rock will be OK to run for a few weeks like this??..He will be doing almost 100miles a day r/t and we all know his track record sucks..and I will be on 90 day probation and cant risk loosing this new job ( start today )

i got it! crazy D scores again ***now with pics!!!!!!***
The disk conversion is tooooo easy... I did it by myself in about 3 hours. you need..the calipers, rotors, backing plate and bolts from the donor ..EA82 Turbo 4WD ( dont pull from a FWD cause it openings are a different size)..the calipers will have the brake line...it will attach to your exsisting hard line..just make sure its bent up and out of the way ...then recheck and recheck ( with tires on)

I Present Guido
Well...I got a roof rack :-p I have actually toyed with getting a body kit for Bucky for years now. I love your all white grill was thinking on going all black on mine but now I am not sure. And a tip to the white car owners..if you can blacken you black up ( Back to Black baby!) it really makes the white look...whiter. I am thinking on putting sunroofs in bit my wagon and my Imp..smart idea or am I asking for trouble?

I Present Guido
Caleb..yours is nicer..only cause its got the kit on it;) :-p

I Present Guido
Bucky is the same shade of white as yours...infact he has ALOT of rattle can touch ups on him. I always keep him clean and waxed and buffed..His paint in thin in spots on the hatch too. I just usually spend one or 2 days a year and get all the oxidation out of his paint..right before a good coat of wax..and its the old fashion Turtle Wax ..wax on wax off stuff. Thanks Shannon for the Paint/Photochop of those rims...Buck is going to look HOT!! You are right they do look awesome on white wagons and msteel...I adore that pic of your wagon..beautiful shot..one of my all time favorite pics!

Mines Nicer:-p :-p  J/K And you want to talk about rareity?? Live here in CT..My XT6 is one of about maybe 10-12 XTs in the state ( I think..from my accounts of who owns plus a few unknowns..does not count parts cars). In a 100 mile radious of where I live there is maybe 20-25 EA82s ..wagons/sedans etc....and EA81s that number is even seriously smaller Oh heres a more recent with some added McBrat artwork..I cant wait for Hockey season!! This was Buckys last long trip..to Long Island for the Black friday game against Pitt...He turned over 200K that day

Look Ma!! No Daylight Anymore!!!
I am going to go with the 4 spokes that Shannon mentioned..he sent me a pic of them on a red sedan and it looked sweet...plus the price is about what I am willing to spend..shipping will be fun..maybe if its one at a time:lol:

I'm probably gonna regret this...
Nothing you said sounded sexist...I just always say that as a confidence builder for you boys..that even us girls can do it:grin:

08 WRX came in today
Bucky92 replied to DerFahrer's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXI am definately like the sedan better then the 5 door too..not saying I am in love with it..but if my only 2 choices were those 2 I would go with the sedan Maybe once some aftermarket stuff gets made ..who knows

starting to get sick of all the problems
Like Dalton said ^ ..My Loyale was pretty much trouble free for 3 and 1/2 years..it wasnt until the last year that things have been catching up to it...I had the same thoughts as you..car is at the end of its life etc etc ( and its still a baby by Subaru standards...15y/o and just 203K miles). But I know once these little things are worked out..it will be back to its reliable self

Think it might pass emissions?
