  1. Yeah this is why we need an actual write up involving the electrical bit, because if you f up this part you could be in a world of trouble.
  2. I really should investigate this whole BRZ radiator thing
  3. I'd watch out for spiders lol That looks great, youre gonna love it, idk what your backstory with subarus is but theyre big lego kits.
  4. Those look great and if theyre aftermarket what would you rather ruin NOS floormats or JC Witney floormats?
  5. What about that business about swapping in a BRZ radiator? Don't those just bolt up?
  6. I don't recall having seen a how to for the wiring portion of this job. Is it the same ECU?
  7. how much did that set you back? Basically what I need to do on my subi as well.
  8. 6" extension, with a 14mm socket, my radiator was out so that might of helped but everything moved pretty easily.
  9. Out of curiousity, did anything need to be modified to fit the BRZ radiator into the Leone radiator support?
  10. You are about to love your life because if you come from modern VW, you know they have a lot of bullS*** things they did, need special tools and just generally are a PITA to work on. Subaru parts bin engineers everything they have ever done, chances are most things will work in most applications and although the EA82T is a terrible engine the rest of their engines are pretty cool.
  11. waittttt where did you get that Lip?!
  12. Got some Loyale bits on my GL-10 now
  13. So I recently swapped my wrecked front GL-10 bumper for a 94 Loyale bumper. Not sure if anyone has bothered to post this but the GL bumper is 15 lbs at most and the Loyale bumper is around 30. I'll update with the exact weights later when I've got a shot. I am curious what the difference in rear bumpers will be.
  14. btw I really like the sound of the unequal length headers on the EA82 over the equal length EJ NA headers
  15. Carbs can work but a wise man once said when I called up Weber to help a friend with his carb "Fuel Injection is a science, Carburetion is an art"
  16. aaw you should post the problem and the answer so next time someone searches for this, they have an answer!
  17. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/topic/5217-ea82-bumper-removal/?do=findComment&comment=1241919 This really should be on the write up section
  18. Kias are good up until about 130k then they fly apart
  19. More pics! Thats swaggin out the game!
  20. super easy to get to. took me 20 mins with an AC system and I have never done it before. Slid right out, no trickery involved.
  21. I had the same issue, I have a nonfunctional AC but Im not removing it because I want to keep it and use it later. I used a 6" extension and a cheater pipe on my 1/4" wrench
  22. Oh so you add more pics just to tease me... I see how it is.
  23. Talked to my buddy at Mitsu, he only could run autocheck. sorry, e for effort though?
