  2. if your going by to take more pix grab one of the dityz
  3. i measured my svx motor and an ea82... and you would have crank pully sticking out the grill,,, maybe with a big lift. a tcase set up with everyhting moved back as far as possilbe. and and and and... oh never mind its a bad idea...... now ive seen some pix of an tt svx motor in a wrx..... not shure if it up and running but a check of nasioc would tell you but again what a waist of time...
  4. came acrost an 85 mpfi NA wagon yeasterday and go me thinking anyone ever thought of doing an NA MPFI ea81, i assume parts as follows from 85 mpfi, harnes ecu distributre ea81 ea81T heads, ea81t intake,,,
  5. No thank you,,, ive thought about sending the rear stubs to be heat treated... you could make a steel coller for the rear doj and weld them on and then get them heat treated... but then you will probably start brakeing things in the trany...... i would rather change axles.... axels are easy to rebuild... easy to change and cheep.
  6. timing chain replacement is expnsive as there are 20 or so orings between the timing case and engin block and lots of tensioners but awsome motors that seam to be much better then the 2.5
  7. Non.......... its a non interferance(how do you like that spelling:rolleyes:) anyway you should be good....
  8. never heard of a 2wd 4at in a ea82 car....

  10. there is a way to take struts apart saftly while in the yard. at least ive done it a bunch of times. anyway i just take the nut on the top of the strut free while everything is still bolted down somtimes the nut gos flying but your protected from the spring (i stand on the other side of the car and lean over the motor) anyway then you take the stut lose.......

  20. first off nice car... looks to be a repaint looks like a good one. no stickers anywhere makes me think repaint that and the fact that there is no grey on the car and the rx's had grey trim not black. along with the fact that there are no checker seats makes me think it must be a GL-10 optioned out....... which would be cooler in my opionion.... anyway nice looking car. and yes what are the plans.....
