You can drop the pan, but the engine will have to be jacked a little to get the back bolts. It easy if the exhaust pipe is dropped, but possible with it on. A used pan and plug should be at most yards. RTV is the seal for the new pan.

That's the electrical connector. Look for the plug, it should be close by, just two wires. You have no power to the pump. The tank is pulled for maintenance, like changing the plugs. They just did not hook it back up.

95 is the one you want. I believe 96 and newer are interference engines. Rick at CCR will be able to confirm this for you.

14's will not fit on the Front, they hit the caliper.

CCR engines are Great, but why do you think the old one is bad? Does the sound change when the engine warms up? If so it's most likely piston slap - keep on driving it. You can check the oil pressure if the bottom end bearings are bad, pressure will be low.

In idle park hot is best. Yes, you have to check it the same all the time or you will get wierd results.

I drain and fill and then pull the return hose off the radiator. Run a hose into a gallon jug and start the engine. Pour fluid in the trans at the same rate its coming out into the jug. When you have clean fluid coming out the radiator cooler, you have flushed the trans. It takes about 3 gallons for a complete flush. Check out www.bossproductsusa.com for a great trans filter. Larry

There is a spring clip that holds the stub shaft in the Diff. If the stub shaft pulled out, look to see if the spring clip is there. If not, I'd drain the diff and see if it comes out. At any rate, you need a new clip. Pull the half-shaft pin, put the stub shaft in with a new clip and then put the half shaft back on.

You can put 12V to the pump connection as a backup to see if its the pump.

Drain the coolant Jack the front as high as you can get it Open the bleed plug on the radiator and pull the cap SLOWLY fill the coolant system (I fill through the bleed plug) you have to do it slowly that way! When full, put the bleed plug in Keep on Squeezing the upper hose until you get all the air put Start the car and repeat step above Let it come to temp and shut it off When cool, let it off the jack, fill the coolant and take it for a test drive.

Just pull the aft end of the shaft. Drop the cover plate and pull the shaft to the side. You can wire the shaft off to the side free of the diff. Off you go! No problems, no leaking gear oil.

Are you using the marked tooth on the back of the crank gear and NOT the arrow on the front? This is a common mistake and then the car will not start. If you do a search there are several threads that have pictures.

Single core, which is more cooling than you should need if the system is in good shape!
