ok car seems bouncy so(maybe its my rear struts that are awaiting replacement:rolleyes:) guess that will help a bit, also seemed like AWD was kicking in randomly on take off lol.

Hey, just wondering, on the side of my door is says the front tires need 30 and the rear needs 29 on light load? and 35 front and 32 rear on heavy load, i think, do i put the pressures off like that? or do i make them even im confused

You know what actually what are these "exhaust valves" ? I remember my muffler was very loud with the stock one as well for some reason Maybe it was because one of the baffles were raddling but it sounds the same. Maybe something else is the problem.

All i know is its the same size pipe, just this muffler is very loud.

well, you can determine it by this, when the light comes on you usually have 10L left which is 2.6Gallons, so if u get like 20mpg then well ull get 40miles.

yup car's empty, but the o2 is $80 the muffler is $100 OEM. and my dad said it was replaced with OEM o2 not to long ago. I never really noticed the MPG to be honest, didn't pay much attention till now. and the the plugs, nto the wires yet, fuel injection clean, cleaned the throttle body, did the pcv(OEM) fuel filter, air filter, sprayed the MAF.

Hi, just wondering if that could be why my fuel economy isn't so great. My muffler is VERY loud surprised how quiet it is inside, but if ur outside it sounds like a real sh*t box, with very little throttle its still loud, and if u floor it, sounds like it misfiring, its very funny i odd to get a video.

Legacy 04+ is HOT lol, i saw a black legacy sedan, and now im pretty tempted to trade in my subie.

Looks like a tribeca the first gen tribeca. Like the lines in the rear. I saw a 08 outback WOW it LOOKS CRAZY amazingly good! i thought it looked stupid, but was i wrong! there were so many people starring at it i swear, LOOKED SOO hot!!

hey nipper im gooing to replace my mounts and see if it stiffens up my drivetrain, do i need to replace the lower one only? or do i replace the top one as well, the bar going from the bellhousing, to the fire wall.

If u really think its binding, just change the transmission fluid. Its good to make sure all tires are properly inflated.

use electrical grease to seal them FYI.

sounds like your alternator died, check the voltage at the battery should be 14+v 14.4 to be exact. Doubt pep boys have anything to do with it.

after i saw the new tribeca, then saw the old one, i liked the old one because it looked unique.

Ill stick to my first gen leg's! Was going to get a new legacy, but nah, maybe a used 05 or something but not 08. Any thoughts about the tribeca?

to be honest, i think your car looks great as is! i wouldn't change the black trim to teh same colour as the body either, looks to plain and boring, maybe some different rims to change it a bit, and get the rear tailight piece painted. other then that looks sweet AS is.

Oh ya i ran the seafoam to through the PCV valve, made a difference but not a wow difference.

Nope should not matter it just burns it once you start the engine you might need to give it a little bit off gas starting it after throwing all that throttle body cleaner in the engine, when i did it there was alot of gray smoke once it started. I don't think its debris building up, i think its just oil's or grease.

Just remove the black intake hose, so loosen the clamp with the screw very simple. Oh and there are a few hoes attached at the bottom of the intake, so just unplug them they are held on with butterfly clips. I think just 1 needed to be removed, nothing difficult. Then once you get the intake out of the way doesn't need to come out, spray ALOT of throttle body cleaner inside, i sprayed it, then wiped with a paper towel, however a lint free cloth is a better idea, then just push to open throttle and get inbetween the throttle piece, and get around the top, i just sprayed heavily and it broke away whatever was building up. If this doesn't help much, i suggest new plugs and wires.
