  1. Heres something to confuse you even more.. My 88 California turbowagon had no EGR:-p
  2. One per customer please. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=34880
  3. You are going to paint it first aren't you?
  4. If they are anything like th eolder legacies, I believe its 32mm
  5. Those modded plastic fender thingies look better on a wagon;)
  6. On the upside, you can take some satisfaction in knowing that all those people are hastening their own deaths.. burning cars put out some nasty stuff. (anyone in WA remember a few years ago when general metals down on the tideflats went up in flames? 10 miles away and my house stank like a burnt car for days)
  7. They'll fit. IIRC, the 2wd springs and such are shorter. Overall, if in good condition, they may very well yeild decent results
  8. Got both:D The subaru is for fun. The volvo is for the idiot texas drivers
  9. Sounds like they gave you EA81 plug wires.. Thats happened to me a number of times. I finally just bought the accell 8mm cut to fit set.. its for a V8, so you get two sets in one:D
  10. I don't see a problem with it.
  11. Unibody car.. theres no 'frame' to mount stuff to
  12. Nope.. They are aound somewhere, but I don't have any.. I'm sure clayton will pop in with a pic of his wagon.. And for ther life of me I can't remember who had the three door
  13. If you can cut, weld and have an imagination, anything is possible. Its been done with a 3 door coupe, and I know of at least 1 person doing it with a wagon. But every single step involves some sort of custom fabrication, so its not for the fain ot heart.
  14. Welcome to our family friendly board
  15. The ad in the marketplace should be sufficient. Bumping other people's technical questions down for a crosspost is not necessary.
  16. Call me when its time to drag it home and strip it. I know your back is acting up, so if I hear about you trying to do it yourself, I'm going to have Beth hold you down while Steve and I beat you up.:-p Like everyone else has said. Glad you're ok. One thing to be thankful for.. You have that nice new house with that nice big garage to do all the work in.
  17. IIRC, mine was about $40 shipping from PA to TX
  18. Like this? http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=23240
  19. This has been discussed among the staff.. Right now the idea is for a sort of restoration forum. Nothing is set in stone. Waiting for Shadow to get back into the swing of things so we can move on this. Please be patient. Thanks.
  20. IIRC, the disc for the XT6 is the same size and spline count as the EA82 (4WD and Turbo).. But the pressure plate is stronger on the XT6 ( I believe) The biggest difference between the 2 is that the XT6 has a lighter flywheel.
  21. The tire size calculator puts those tires at 24.7 inches. On a stock 4WD EA82 wagon(87+ non adjustable struts) Those shoud fit quite nicely. You may experience a little rubbing in the back if you are say.. loaded down with camping gear and take big bumps at 70+mph :-p (not that I would ever do anything like that) I ran 185/80/14s and they are just a little larger overall than what you have and I rarely had rubbing issues.
  22. KBB won't price a car in that condition. $50 may be a little low, but $500 is definitely high.
  23. IIRC, only the first couple of years of legacies (90-91 or 92) utilized a MAF sensor.
