Then turn it 90 degrees more... Valve Cover. Bottom End Reassembly. Water pump and Oil pump, I like the o.E. Water pump gasket... Its METAL!! I used grey RTV a reallly fine bead all the way around the Oil pump.. Top of The Driver Side... Rear Plate.. (watch the videos at the end..) I may be needing a new FlyWheel... My Patented Flywheel Locking tool.. (i'll Sell it to you for $10 bucks) Videos Of me working....

Got some work done today!!.. Engine tear down and clean up a little bit. Close up oil pan carnage! Left Engine Mount Right Engine Mount Whole Exhaust off... (I'm thinking to take the Metal protectors off and get some heat rap for the exhaust, Cause I would think that would keep it cooler? Dirt and Crap Now that is a neglected cooling system!! Ok, now my next step is to pull the CAM SPROCKETS off, do I need a special tool?

Right now there are no plans for power cause I'm struggling for cash to fix it. My goal is to get it running and driving, Make her my daily driver till I can get some work done to my sixes... and go from there... But yes, maybe bigger turbo, intercooler, blowoff valve, turbo timer... and such Eventually I'm slated for two raises this year... one for sure, the other one is my new boss is so impressed that he wants to give me a raise

shhhh.... this is how we get these gen car's for cheap because of "electrical Problems" -
Kinda Reminds me of.. I miss her loud engine, no power and little heat..... She was a death trap on wheels I need to get a new one.

Chatter, is most likely gonna be oil on the clutch plate, sometimes from the rear main... possibly from the grease packed release bearing.

heater not hot enough :(

Yep actually I do. did that in my old xt6, last year... and that stuff is comming with me to my new xt6.... and I'm doing the same thing to my legacy as we speak -
Well, I just sell Auto Parts, And have been doing so for many years. I'm not trying to start a flame war but every time I sell a ba clutch it comes back in a couple of weeks, And I'm not talking just about DIY'ers I'm talking my installers also... **Side note; When I sold parts for Dealerships. I also worked in the service department. 99% of the time when they replaced the clutch it was just the disk and throw out bearing unless the flywheel/pressure plate was bad. Any Crack less than an inch in the flywheel is fine, as that is normal wear. If you see a crack that is longer than an inch that is when it was machined. (I Worked for the Largest Honda Dealership this side of the Mississippi and unfortunately KIA also) and from my own experience, Over the last 15 years of back yard wrenching... I have only ever replaced one entire clutch kit. it was a Autozone clutch. it was slipping within a week. I pulled it apart, took some brake clean and a dremel, and cleaned up the flywheel put the old SOA pressure plate. And just put a new disk in... and 20k later not a single bit of chatter, noise, or problems. My total lesson learned.... Subaru's have it easy. I can have a new clutch in the car and back on the road with in 4 hours. so if you have a little bit of time and very little money this is the simplest way to go....

Just get a 54mm 220 Degree thermostat... that should raise the temp of your heat inside the car.... as well as the temp of your engine Just enough that it might blow a head gasket. What I'm saying is that you may have a problem such as a bad water pump, a clogged radiator/heater core. and/or a partially functioning Thermostat. Don't ************ around. Get it fixed Flushing it just runs the risk of pushing the clog into the engine and clogging it... the coolant passages get pretty small.... Or do What I do... Everytime I get a questionable car... I replace the entire cooling system. -
Also the Cable could be bad, As well your pedal could be frozen... don't ask me... I replace the cable in my car still did it... finally realized that it took a while for the spring on the pedal to bring it back to the top... so I soaked that in a Silicone lubricant and have not had a problem since.

Duralast=Crap ValueCraft=Crap, When I worked for Autozone There were probably over 100 warranty's a day. Beck Arnley = $$$ Same thing as ValueCraft (same Manufacturer) Fenco Decent. out of all of them I would go to the Dealership and see if replacement parts are available... and replace only what you need. Most likely only the throw out bearing and the disk. and just clean up the Pressure plate and the flywheel as long as they are not Massively cracked. My .02

Blue Devil is a snake oil type product for Fixing and repairing headgaskets. (its guaranteed or your money back) and you can get it at your local Checker/Schucks/Kragen you take your t-stat out, drain the antifreeze, put water in and then you put the blue devil in, and idle for 50 minutes. -- When I started the car was spitting coolant out the reservoir after running for only a few minutes. I ran it for 50 minutes and i noticed the idle getting smoother, the heat getting hotter, and it never got over 195 at idle sitting and when I shut it off there was no bubbling in the reservoir, Tomorrow I'm gonna Flush it again, and run the blue devil again.... then I will put a t-stat in it along with new plugs and find all the vacuum leaks, hey it was a free car and if nothing else Its looking like I have a parts XT6, Hmmm, can anyone say XT6GL105lugSedanliftkit?
