@el_freddo found them on https://a15ff11300g.sakura.ne.jp/ (playwithlegacyrs dot com) long ago...

Been wanting to re-share my favorites from that site since my original photo host crashed and burned.

Looking forward to sharing more of my own personal photos and photo-finds as I get them sorted out... this last summer I found a stash of old paper Subaru Advertisements ranging from the 70's to the 2000's...

Merry Christmas “Old school” Subi nuts, and to the other Subi nuts out there too!

It’s snowing hard down here  Seriously, it’s shorts and Tshirt weather even at 33 minutes to Christmas Day! Stress less America, you’ll get there :P

EhO7l8.jpg

Best wishes and I hope you get some Subi bits etc from the big man!

Cheers

Bennie

(ps: not wanting to turn this into a Christmas thread! Thought the pic would be good shared here!)

Western WA got some decent snow between Christmas and now. The Brat slept, but the Family Loyale was the main mode of transport.

~450km round trip today to see my brother (good catch up that was long overdue!). I drove home with the roof glass out, got a bit cool climbing the hills through Wombat State forest area. This pick was near an old volcano called Mt Franklin with several storm clouds off in the distance - where I was headed for home.

n6P7Ek.png

I missed all the rain which was good. Longest run with the “tops off” for me so far - about 220km through several climate changes.

Last big trip to Melbs and back I managed to get 8.5L/100km - anything at 10L/100km is awesome in my book for a vehicle of this age. This trip might be different as there were more hills and more stop/start intersections.

Great day crusing! I enjoyed it!

Cheers

Bennie

I went to the Toyota Museum in Japan a couple years ago and look what was on display!

Thought I should post a couple updated pics of Blanche, my XT6, since I've gotten her pretty much completed (minus a few little nit-picky things).

First post! Here are some pics of my 88' GL. I call her Constance.

image.jpeg.f1ea34513fdf398e57682dbc724dc466.jpegimage.jpeg.00ab8254e6d500ff2e80855962e51994.jpegimage.jpeg.7f5e8e727b07d7660389559c2f0d42c8.jpeg

I have just about a million photos of her, but these are some of my favorites.

Everything is stock except the exhaust which custom made by the last owner, nothing loud just not stock. Not exactly sure why it was done but it's not an issue, so I don't mind. Also, the rims were painted black which I'm a huge fan of.

Just wanted to show off this very wonderful picture of my 1986 Subaru XT Turbo. (Just... ignore that missing front hubcap. If anyone has one, I am in the market lol.)
