Geez Brian, I hope you didn't keep everyone at that creek for TOO long! Just kidding, that looked pretty rough. Your hatchy will do even better, eh?

I have the version with ken eric and rob in it. and I'm pretty sure I've seen that one.....makes me want to go there.

Yeah Brian, thanks for the VCD:headbang: Every once in a while I break it out and take a look at it. Zap was the first thru, he took the longest because he had to find the right line. I came into the creek and ran smack into that big rock (I'm blind:cool: ) After that it wasnt to bad. Should have seen Brian move out of the way when I came launching up the other end:grin:

Thats like the first subie video I saw... good stuff mate

:brow: Too bad you guys can't use vhs. . . I've put together no less than 5 hours of it.

Anybody out there have quality ability to transfer vhs to dvd? ? ?

I used to zap, but i sold my other video card with video capture capabilities.

I had all the original in my camcorder bag, which was stolen when my house got broken into. All i have left are small snippets of the trip. Eric took his sweet time getting through, but must of it was him just having fun with the obstacle. :) Ken did it with such grace, and I was affraid of breaking my car (having to use the same vehicle to drive me back to Cali a week later). Rob did it with no fear, and peddle to the metal! I think he cleared that obstacle in a matter of seconds.

I might be able to Zap. I need to check to see if I have the right software tho.

SJ, I still have the clips, I might DL them and send them to you to post (I'm out of room on my Site).

Once you get the problem fixed:-p

Bummer.

Kinda says something about the spotters. I spotted Ken, who was spotting me.

But really. I took a long time cuz I was taking the line up the side rather than just going thru. Ken had a welded diff. . . I was open still.

Lemme know, we'll whip out an hour's worth of DVD, I've got a tape ready to go.

Zap: I've got all the equipment and know-how for this. Just finished up a Wedding DVD for a friend with tape from two different sources, plus a slide show set to music. Be happy to do this!! I have a US mail address, plus my bro in Beaverton may be coming up here soon.

Just say the word!

I have a video capture card, and lots of editing software. I was thinking of putting your subaru vids that I have on DVD so I can watch them at my house, and not just at my parents'

All i have left are small snippets of the trip.

I found the cd of the videos you made. It's got all of us going in and then out. There's 2 others that I couldn't open for some reason, codec or some crap.

Send me a pm with your snail mail addy, I'll throw a copy in an envelope and send it off.

I would love to see all that old suby brawling footage. I'm sure alot of other people would like to see it too.

i'd pay pal someone money for subaru wheeling dvds, epecially if they have the rubicon footage on them.
