  1. Bingo! I have a dealership that I love to death but their parts department is sub-par. I have since been getting all my parts from Annapolis Subaru through Jackie and she ships it to me. You mention you saw her on Nasioc and they get you a pretty good discount. Awesome. Glad to have helped out. That's what I did when I bought a set of spring compressors to redo the top hats on my STi. They were $49.99 and a coupon code had a deal for if you spend $50 you get like $20 off I do believe. So, I bought a .98c pack of battery washers and felt like a hero.
  2. Uncle has one from Advance Auto on his 96 Legacy. You can order online, do in store pickup and use coupon codes from here: http://www.retailmenot.com/view/advanceautoparts.com
  3. Gotta love OBD1! Saves you from dealing with the slack-jaw at the auto zone with a code reader.
  4. Use an oxygen sensor socket. They are like $15 bucks at the advance auto. I can't tell you how many people have borrowed mine.
  5. Installed an 03 WRX seat in my 95 outback that I had gotten a smoking good deal on.
  6. The cobb flange is going to be 2.5" where the downpipe meets the midpipe. I think it so you can retain the stock exhaust.
  7. Those Outback wheels look really good on that thing.
  8. That will work just fine. Go ahead and order you an accessport while you are at it.
  9. Dang. Would love to have switched back to the black filters.
  10. Give EVERYTHING here a read: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=170789 Not to be an internet jerk but I think you should really install this stuff yourself. It's not that hard to install a downpipe and an exhaust and not to mention, saves you a good chunk of change in the process and you will feel better about it in the end. Unless you like paying someone to do stuff for you.
  11. Bingo. Get you a downpipe with a high flow cat and a good 3" turboback exhaust, plus a tune. Either from a Cobb AP or local tuner.
  12. Yeah, I couldn't believe the dang thing fit either. Installed a 03 WRX seat last night that I got a smoking good deal on. It does sit about an inch higher but that was expected from where I had them in my RS. I do need to re-tap a seat hole that decided to strip on removal of stock bolt.
  13. So, a dryer will fit in the wagon.
  14. Is the low fuel indicator in the same idiot light grouping as the check engine light?
  15. Don't waste your money, those are marketing gimmicks. You would be better off giving your engine a tuneup that includes a new air filter, plugs and wires, PCV valve, etc.
  16. I am confused. I have a 95 as well and didn't know we had a low fuel light.
  17. Looks good, Tom. Would like to have some of those red needles for my Outback as well. Thought about maybe taking them apart and painting them but I don't have that steady of a hand.
  18. Someone had to have added an HID kit to that car. Nowhere does it say that the Outback XT got HID lighting. The only thing that did that year was the STi. Usually the cause of the weird flickering issue when someone puts aftermarket HIDs in a car with daytime running headlights. Thus, the DRL need to be disabled. Even the spec.b didn't get HID lights.
  19. Check your email. I think I got you taken care of.
  20. Thanks man. I am in talks with a local guy that has a set.
  21. I been kicking the notion of JDM wagon tails on my 95 OutSack, war wagon. How bad was the install?
  22. That thing is gorgeous. Don't see too many EA81s on this board as you used to. Damn EA82s
  23. Connie, always great to hear an update from you.
