  1. I tried to find the animated image of the pistons moving but had no luck.
  2. I can't stand to read any automotive publication such as Car and Driver, Motortrend, etc. Every single one of them is full of Porsche worship and has a large stigma against just about all Japanese manufacturers, especially Subaru. I remember reading when they test drove the new STi. Real quick to overlook the 305 HP and focus on road noise and poor MPG.
  3. Standing at the front of the car and looking at the engine. The passenger side is the 1 and 3 cylinders, driver's side is 2 and 4. Your firing order is 1-3-2-4.
  4. This is one I seen the other day at our local wal-mart. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=87729
  5. 101% bad to the bone man. I knew how bad you have been wanting a set of those and am glad to see you finally got a set. Looks like you kicked King Midas in the groin and took his car.
  6. Good news, I will be changing transmissions out here in a few days and have been shopping around for a good clutch to use.
  7. Here in TN, thats the first thing you are suppose to take off. Guess with 2 plates it cuts down on cost when you just leave them on the particular car.
  8. Connie, have you not created a ruckus by driving around CT with Washington state plates?
  9. As am I. On my hatch I modified them to spray a little higher by taking a screw driver and bending it back so it mas more of an angle on the spray to get it higher.
  10. Its an interesting idea and thought of something similar last night when I went to get all the pollen off of mine. The nozzles are inside the cowl so I don't know of too many mods that could be done to it, besides maybe cutting some into the hood.
  11. It is a very cool mod he did to it. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=57215 Note the cheese grater.
  12. No rudeness was intended, just stating that I had trouble understanding your post. I have never bought from this website but they have some good info. http://www.redlineweber.com/
  13. I could barely understand your post with all the run on sentences. Carb solution: Buy a weber.
  14. I had the same result with this bad boy: First and only time she has ran is with starter fluid, 65K.
  15. Guy down the road drives one around with an orange hazard triangle on the back.
  16. Thank you again to Mikeshoup for the 83 FSM. Newsoobdude: can you get a picture of this storage box?
  17. Wanting to know the most convenient method for storing my brat t-tops in the behind the seat straps. The manual shows them standing on their ends. To me, this would create an excess weight on the insert tabs. What do you other Brat owners do?
  18. Looks like the sex bots got a hold of a lot of your hatch comments.
  19. 22 more days, I am getting excited.
  20. I personally unwrapped the red one when it came in at my dealer. I found them to be quite comfortable. Drop the back seats down and you have some killer room.
