  1. Fixed the title for ya. If you want, maybe you could grab the answers to the questions in your original post and edit them into the post like I've done in the general FAQ. I'll go in after you and delete non-related posts to clean up the thread to make it easier to read.
  2. I'll add a link to the transfer case section of the Offroad FAQ up top. As for a sticky, I think it would pop up pretty quick if someone did a search for transfer case
  3. These are two good guys who are also good friends. Why wouldn't they be able to do business in parallel?
  4. I concur. I think you oughta paint the wheels black too.
  5. Looks much nicer now. Sven's gonna love it when he sees it. Beauty.
  6. We're not gonna try to mix the WCSS with Rally X this year. Sorry. Cool idea though.
  7. Your answer, my answer. Thanks. Glad you dig them.
  8. ouch! I'm not into lowered ea81s, but I think that one is sweet.
  9. I suppose Jared gets "Shotgun" with Ken, but I call it with Rob. You can catch a ride down there with me Jared, we'll race 'em up to the parking lot in the OBS. "Seeeeeee yyaaaaaaa!" we'll yell. I'll have my cameras, so will film the hell out of it all. Bran new 5 megapixel Sony for stills Junkie, no more complaints. lol
  10. lol. I was just digging that one out. WINNER!
  11. Suburb Service are idiots. That's why they can't work on your car. Smart Service is located in Shoreline off of Ballinger way can probably give you the help you need. Tell them you were sent here by the USMB. If you can make the trip to Burien, Brian's Subaru Repair is awesome too.
  12. Please, if you have copies of my vids, keep them and show them if you like. Please don't copy them. I've only had that problem once, (that I know of) I'd like to keep it that way. Yeah, what he said.
  13. I've driven one. One with a little fiddling under the hood that boosted it to about 385hp. (Look on my face afterwards)--------> Handled like an old caddy compared to my imp, but WOW! What a fast car.
  14. If I could be guarranteed that it was a good tranny, I'd pay that. But taking someone's word for it and dealing with trying to get it replaced if I received a lemon would make me feel like I was taking a huge risk.
  15. Appreciated, but I also have the technology to take VHS and put it onto DVD. Just not interested in spending the time. The vids are retired.
  16. Yes, that is a good price for a good running hatch, especially on the East Coast. Grab it.
  17. You know I'm in. But, I may also be required to attend a wedding in Chimmacum the same weekend, so maybe I can just take you guys out there with me. Plenty of lesser wheeling for the not so huge Soobs. (like mine lol)
  18. You know I'm in. I may also be needed at the cabin on the second weekend of Feb to attend a wedding, so maybe we al could take a trip out there. . . Who knows?
  19. Sorry, I'm done with the distributing thing. Little profit and very little feedback for a big pain in the butt is how I feel about it. In all, I put out 1,2,3, Best of those three, 4, 5, and the Subarubicon vids. (part 5 got recorded over by accident, whoops, I don't even have it any more. . .) I really don't like the idea of letting someone else distribute my hard work. It may sound weird, but they're my baby. In the future, I may be working with a local board member (who I trust, but will keep his I.D. secret to keep pressure off of him) to get some DVDs out. More like his vids featuring some of my footage. With music and effects added.
  20. I still say an ea81 4speed dual range swap would be smart. Much easier to get parts for. You can build a reliable ea81 to be way more powerful than a 1400 too. Definitely need some enkeis or pug alloys instead of the steels it's got now.
  21. Well, they did start racing them in 1992, (bet you 20 bucks) so they did indeed make them before 93. Sell them in the US before 93 no. Make them before 93 yes.
  22. The front struts have adjustable camber bolts. The rear seems to be just fine.
  23. That was the advantage of adding the GR2s from an Outback. They're almost 2 inches longer under the spring perch. That in turn allows for bigger tires.
