  1. The same. Guess that's the way it goes, caught me slippin'. The pros and cons of posting stuff on ebay. . . Plan B.
  2. This year, beer will have to be confined to tent sites and RVs. No designated Beer section. There will be a fire for us to gather around near the camp sites, no one will say anything if you're having one while socializing at night. They wanted a 1,000,000 dollar insurance policy on top of the 1,000,000 policy we already have to have. Sorry.
  3. I'll definitely buy into that. When I jsut scored the tires/wheels for my OBS, I chose to put the two most worn tires oposite eachother, rather than both on the front or rear.
  4. I'm pretty good at being on time. We can plan on leaving there at 8:30.
  5. This one could very well be the one. WOW! Hope she's OK!
  6. I'm lovin that part about the tires!! Section 3.2, A, 2-3!!The OBS is gonna be a tough nut for you competitors to crack. hehe

I added this to the FAQ Sticky. Thanks. I'll leave this thread open for a little while and see if anyone can fill in the missing blanks.
  8. Same as last year. Your car is your tent, you pay as if it were your tent. I don't see two people sleeping very comfortably in a 76 wagon. lol You did say the Missus was gonna try and make it this year too, right?
  9. I've got a feeling we'll be wearing out the winches once water gets added to the mud pit. There are a whole bunch of bleachers we'll be setting up for spectators.
  10. ain't gonna happen. It's waiting for me to get another hatch. Same with the roll bar.
  11. Thanks Jibs. Indeed, lots of room. This year, about 2-3 times as much space for tents. No reservations, spots will get grabbed as folks show up. Looks like people will be able to parke their cars near their tents there's so much room. more of the camping area. . .
  12. Count on me to spend 500 if I get pick of the litter. lol

Circled in Red are your 3.9 Open parts. Circled in Blue are the 3.7 LSD parts. These are what you keep. (along with the stub axles from the LSD unit, not shown)
  14. About a third of the campground One of the obstacles
  15. That's right. We signed on the dotted line yesterday. Mark your calendars July 15, 16, and 17. Mason County Fairgrounds, Shelton WA. Sponsored by: Subaru West Rallitek Performance Aaron's Auto Wrecking Smart Service more to be added Should go off similar to last year's show, except this time the mud pit will include a full obstacle course to play on. 5 acres worth!! We get to have a campfire this time too! Tree shaded camping for 200+ tents! Parking near your tent! $15.00 per night per tent. RV sites for 60! Plenty of Hotels near by. BMX track onsite. Live Band Saturday night. Meals served cheap Saturday. Vendor Booths. Big building for a swap meet. Clean restroom and shower facilities. . . .more to be announced. . .
  16. Parked it nest to the blue wagon. Came out of Larry's and two more pulled up. I see it all the time, Soobs love to park by Soobs.
  17. Gotcha, sorry.
  18. 235/75/15 would be about a 30 inch tire. Your clutch won't love you very much if you use anything bigger than a 27-28. I would recommend against using the spare wheels. They bend easily. The FAQ sticky above will give you some insight as to which wheels to use, this link will give you some other ideas for tires. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?p=198832&posted=1#post198832
  19. I got the struts for a good price, did the swap myself. It wasn't such a big blow at all. That imp in the link you sent me has been my inspiration for years. I'd actually like to add some taller springs in the rear. A lift kit is not out of the question either.
  20. These are pretty photos and all, but this is a Roll Call for Lifted Soobs. Please stick to posting your pic of your lifted Soob and a brief description about it. Thanks.

Looks good Ken. We'll have lots of footage of it in action to watch on rainy Saturday nights. I'm planning on filming the hell out of it and who ever else shows up at Evans Creek. Digibaby!
  22. I'll be there, count Jared in. I'll pester B and see if he wants to come. Bet he says yes if it's up and running. Dunno if he'll have any extra seats, but I'm guessing he'll have 2. (again, I call shotgun with Rob, Jared's got it with Ken) I'll have the tripod and camera along, picture/video city. hehe. Did I hear a "Lumpycam?"
  23. I'm pretty sure the OB struts will work. I think they're so low cuz they have 13s. Look into maybe using Forrester struts. . .
  24. Cool effects and cuts. That's what I need to add to my videos. Don't have the patients though. Fell free to let loose with footage of Bob.
