  1. looks Like it could start getting crappy again by then. It aways is funner with a lot of mud to deal with. Jeff
  2. Does any one know where the vin # is located on EA81 and EA82's ? I just wanted to know to see if all the numbers match on some of my cars, I don't think they do but I want to see. Jeff
  3. If it is a harley it will fit. I drove about 200mile with a 2005 883 sportster in the back of mine. That was a big work out for the old brat I even went all the way over the pass with it. Jeff
  4. will, I havn't ever used those tires but I know that Generals are pretty soft. I had a set of 31's on my 69 Chevy and they smoked like a you know what. That was the only cool thing I've ever found good about that Brand of tire. Jeff
  5. Thanks Scott. I know. I hope they'll all hold in there but there is always one axle. Jeff
  6. I'll bring an extra rear axle just in case, It can be the "Crew axle" cause all of us w/ the gen 2's know one of us is going to need it. I might even bring 2 extras. and I'll have a front one at my house If anyone needs one for the drive home. Jeff
  7. Woody says he is in too. He is going to get his brat done this week and he'll be going up with us. Jeff
  8. Are those Widcats that you got on there right now? If they have some decent tread left on them I think they would do the trick. My buddy Brian went up there with, almost bald 30's and he went everywhere. As long as there is a fair amount of tread I wouldn't worry about it. Jeff
  9. We could move it to what ever day is best for everyone. I just put up a date so that everyone would maybe have an Idea and all, about this. What ever day works for me. Jeff
  10. Ok Lets figure out what all we need, and if you want we can try. Jeff
  11. Well two and A maybe one that's not bad. It's a good start. Jeff
  12. I just took a jumper wire from the wire on the back of the switch right to the blower motor. Then I replaced the block that was right on the bottom part of the Blower here is a the link to what I had going on. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=84226 If you move down a bit you can see what I was talking about. I hope that helps you. Jeff
  13. I was wondering if anyone would like to try a walker run for March 15th. I put it out about a month so that way everyone will have fair warning about it coming up. I hope that there are a few people that would like to come up for it, or down for that matter. I'm sure that I could say Will and I are in, Although I haven't asked Will about it yet, But Scott, Rollie,Rob, Kenny and maybe a few other northerners would like to come down to romp around in my neck of the woods. Zap and Qman It would always be nice for you guys to come up too, but it is a long drive I understand. Jess (slideshow86) if you want to come too this is a good time, If you have any trouble up here I think there are enough parts to get you going again.I'll even offer up some shop space if anything happens.Anyone who would like to come, come on down. Maybe we can even get Todd out for this. Jeff
  14. That does not sound good at all:eek: . It sound very bottom endish. sounds like that's the end of her. Jeff
  15. I really don't know If that will mess w/ your car. It might mess with things and lean it out real bad, The mass air flow sensor could start to screw up. I worry about that thng, But it might not I'm not sure. Jeff
  16. You can get a reamer or another drill bit that's bigger. On my first Wheels I did I never Even beveled them thetyJust Kinda did it on their own over time, I Don't recomend that though. Get a reamer at home depot or lowes or any hardware store. carfreak85's wheels would be a good deal With a 195/75/15 on them. I'd almost go that route you wouldn't have to beat the crap out of your fender wells that bad or at all. Jeff
  17. What GD said Is what I had to do, Just pretty much start over It sucks but That was the way I fixed mine on my brat. Jeff
  18. I plug off all my lines, I don't know if it gives you more power but It sure makes motor pulls and replacements a lot faster:grin: on my 83 wagon I think I have about 3 or 4 lines on it:rolleyes: Jeff
  19. looks very good. The Next Step is Way bigger tires. Those Seats out of the SVX look great! Job Well Done. Jeff
  20. Just bevel it at 60 degs I think. Jeff
  21. Tax free or not I rather drive a brat like mine. That thing is not so good looking. But it's still a brat so I do like it, Just not as much. Jeff
  22. Very well done My brat just turned over 264,000 I've only put 64 or so thousand on mine. I can't make it to your run but I thought I would say, Job well done for keeping you Suby alive.
  23. Here are some of the tires you could get with a 225/60/16 I know the wheels are no good but the tires are what you can look at. http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/pts/570586630.html I know that they're not near you or anything I was just trying to give you an Idea on the kinda tread you would be looking at and the size of the tire. Jeff
  24. ivantruckmani had to open up the center hole on the chevy rims, to fit my 85 gl 4x4. I had the same deal with mine but I took the centering tabs off. Jeff
  25. Chevy luv's and ford couriers are a 6 lug wheel too. They don't have a lot of off set but they are 14" aswell. Jeff
