  1. Thank You for your Kind Words! Let me know what do you think about all this... Feel Free to ask any question, or post comments if you want. Kind Regards.
  2. You'll Need to drop the Engine's crossmember, in order to keep the Steering parts + Suspension parts, Healthy on proper geometry; otherwise you'll be wasting time, effort and money on Axles, the steering won't be working as it could be, and the amount of ground clearance gained by not dropping the crossmember, doesn't worth all that. I learned that in the hard way... Kind Regards.
  3. Oh my God! ... I hope you'll be Alright Soon. This is your shop's web site, isn't it? ~► http://ccrengines.com/ Kind Regards.
  4. Yes, the Weber Swap is Awesome, but in the meantime, you can check your main fuel Jets on the craptachi carb, to be set at ~ 116 for Low stage (Primary) and ~ 140 for High stage (Secondary) then you can forget about the electronic control / vacuum operated High stage (Secondary), and Modify your craptachi carb to have it Mechanically operated, like in the Webers; taking ideas from this Writeup / Video on this link: ~► http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/topic/147163-mechanical-conversion-on-hitachi-carburetors/ Good Luck! ... Kind Regards.
  5. Nice! Are those Enkei rims, 13"? Kind Regards.

  13. I found that the Thread Starter's has Sold this Car... ~► http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/topic/150625-1985-gl-turbo-4wd-sedan-for-sale-in-boston-89k-orig-mi/ Many cars sold as "Low Mileage old Gems" by Rover classic, ends bad... ~► http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/topic/151918-need-help-from-loyale-owners-is-this-worth-the-price-tag/ Kind Regards.
  14. I've seen a Lot of Old cars sold by that same company, and all of them were some kind of "Rare - Low Mileage Gems" also, another USMB member purchased from them an october 1984 built, EA82 Turbo sedan with "Low Mileage" and it gave lots of problems, which are related more to Higher Mileage engines. See: ~► http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/topic/144303-newbie-here-ea82t-no-spark-at-coiltried-everything-i-think/ Finally, he Sold it: ~► http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/topic/150625-1985-gl-turbo-4wd-sedan-for-sale-in-boston-89k-orig-mi/ So, I agree that the seller must be making Scams. Kind Regards.
  15. Yes, I appreciate that also. Back in topic, I still believe that to stuff a 6 Cyl. on an old gen Wagon or Sedan is Not a Good idea, it triggers the avalanche effect, where everything begins with something "Simple" and you end up changing a lot of things you did not want ... as I stated on the writeup. Kind Regards.
  16. Yes, but usually we do something in the Meanwhile... I believe that if you took the Hose from a driveable car to fix the non-driveable one, you only will be moving the problem from one car to another, without fixing anything; so I kindly suggest you to obtain the proper diameter hose, with the proper pressure ratio, and fix your car's problem. Kind Regards.

  20. I completely understand and Agree with copyright owners. I want to Buy a original / legal copy, if that's Possible...
  21. Also, if it has Timing Belts ... ... it's an EA82. But SPFi and '88 should be an EA82... Kind Regards.
  22. That's Great! ...if you could obtain the permission of the copyright owners, to share the video with us. At least I am very interested in a copy since a Decade ago... believe it or not. Mainly because I really Love offroading and Subarus, and I am far away... So seeing such Videos & Photos makes me feel closer... Kind Regards.
