Noah, would you consider selling a set of your 4wd subaru rally stripes?i would be interested in some.thanks Jon
-
personally, i would say no.i drove them both when my father was looking, and there just was not enough difference.the 4 actually had pretty good jump, and we started off on a hill! the auto has the slap shift option which makes it kinda like a semi-manual which is also fun.i think the 6 is also worse on gas.good luck on your choice, Jon

87 GL Wagon with Problems Starting
75subie replied to jk4138's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
all carbed subarus will do that.holding the gas down (when its off) for a couple seconds engages the choke, then after it runs for a little while, give it another kick wich dis-engages the choke.might sound complicated, but you`ll get the hang of it Jon -
I got my sub box built :)

not bad for a 14 yr old:lol: seriously that will look real good with that black carpet stuff, and the sub put in. -
heck a kia has 140hp:lol: hey subyrally, there is a brat in PA for you that was on CL.the guy needed some yard work done, and some wiring run in his house, then the brat is free (if you do the work).

$700-1000 is a decent price, but go as cheap as possible, if you want to go more, thats up to you, but resale is not so good on subes. spfi is great.good milage, and very reliable. good luck with it Jon
