  2. boy, that would light up your life if you fell into it by accident:grin: it does look pretty cool though:brow:
  3. good to hear i have to say, those things drive like mini tanks:grin: had my uncles up to 115 today racing an accord:grin: it wasn`t easy but we got him (had to downshift into 3rd)
  4. there is alot of lifted wagons, but i don`t see too many brats.if you have one, post here w/pics if possible.i am thinking of going into the ea81 lift group buy, and also getting a mudrat special tube bumper:brow: lets seeum
  5. if its 2wd, i know of a free motor and 5sp tranny in MO

  7. expect not so good milage (22-25 :-\ ) overall i think they are great cars, good luck with it
  8. Noah, would you consider selling a set of your 4wd subaru rally stripes?i would be interested in some.thanks Jon
  9. if you decide to go either way, its worth the trip out to: http://www.beckersubaru.com/en_US/ .he will give you the best deal.when my pop was looking, we had the deal set for a 05 outback 4cyl auto w/ pretty much all the options for $20,599
  10. personally, i would say no.i drove them both when my father was looking, and there just was not enough difference.the 4 actually had pretty good jump, and we started off on a hill! the auto has the slap shift option which makes it kinda like a semi-manual which is also fun.i think the 6 is also worse on gas.good luck on your choice, Jon
  11. good to hear you had good luck at maaco, i did too. the car looks great!
  12. one other guy did pull a forklift out of the snow with his wagon, but i can`t remember who. sounds like you had an exiting day tho:grin:
  13. that would be awesome with that rear door line bondoed over:) "The Gen 1 Hatch"
  14. glad to hear you have a use for the parts, but i still wish it could be taken out whole:-\
  15. looks like an ea81 A-Bar brushguard: http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/80s/pushbar/pushbar.html
  16. boy, talk about road rage!he must have been pi$$ed:grin:
  17. SWEET see, this is why so many people want to be you.
  18. dude, geez SORRY!didn`t mean to offend ya sorry for the hi-jack Zefy, it sounds like a pretty neat project your doing.
  19. all carbed subarus will do that.holding the gas down (when its off) for a couple seconds engages the choke, then after it runs for a little while, give it another kick wich dis-engages the choke.might sound complicated, but you`ll get the hang of it Jon
  20. not bad for a 14 yr old:lol: seriously that will look real good with that black carpet stuff, and the sub put in.
  21. heck a kia has 140hp:lol: hey subyrally, there is a brat in PA for you that was on CL.the guy needed some yard work done, and some wiring run in his house, then the brat is free (if you do the work).
  22. $700-1000 is a decent price, but go as cheap as possible, if you want to go more, thats up to you, but resale is not so good on subes. spfi is great.good milage, and very reliable. good luck with it Jon
  23. AWESOME he probly just started with a wagon, took the saws-all to the back part of the roof, and bondoed over the rear door seems.i want one! Jon
