General Grabber AT2 info
smaller tires are going to have less tread void so they will not work as well in deep snow.

The donkies would have done well if they brought their A game or maybe even their B game, but they brought there C or D game and as a result got shut out.Yea they got a touch down and a field goal but they lost by 35 points, and couldn even score a goal until the end of the third.Payton was alright, but all of the other morons couldn't figure out how to catch the ball or at the very least keep it from being intercepted every other time he threw it.If they could have actually completed some passes, it would have turned out differently. However, the seahawks had to win at least one superbowl. Especially after taking 29 years to get to their first superbowl and loosing. So after 38 years they deserved to win at least one superbowl. By contrast it only took the bronco's 9 years to get to their first superbowl, and they have been there 7 times including this miserable failure.

roll bar
I'm just gonna guess and say its for low speed offroad type stuff,For actual races you would have rule books that would say where every tube is supposed to go.However, it might be worth it a take a look at some of those rule books. For example, most rule books say that the main hoop of the rollbar/cage should not be closer than 6" from the back of the helmet(7" from the back of your head). If you build a rollbar thats the only guide line to follow,If you build a cage then you need to pay careful attention to tube routing because you dont want your head hitting it.So if your building a cage the tubes need to be as close to the sheetmetal as possible to leave as much room for your soft head.So take out the headliner to get the tubes as far away from your head as possible. All of that is assuming you are a good welder, because your welds have to be PERFECT.A poorly welded/designed cage is worse than no cage at all. While some cage might be better than nothing for a low speed flop onto the side/roof what happens if you start to roll down a hill and hit every boulder and stump on the way down and your welds fail leaving lots of jagged edges to cut/implale yourself on?Once again look at those rule books for design inspiration. lastly assuming you are a good welder and have access to tube benders, and can make solid welds 100% around tube, then your question about mounting points is a 6x6" plate at every tube ending on the floor. That plate needs to be formed to fit the sheetmetal at those locations. It can be welded to the car or it can be bolted to the car by sandwiching the sheetmetal between another 6x6" plate with 4 bolts at each plate.

Full AWD swap into VW GTI body
The only way something like that will fit is with the SOHC heads,DOHC are much to wide.Subaru EJ's are all about the same width, the different displacement comes from bigger bores.

That works because you inadvertently found a length of intake that resonates at low RPMs,it may not be perfect but its pretty close.A better solution would be to add a spacer between intake and throttle body, as well as head and intake. The factory intake setup is designed to make max torque around 4K rpm.Lengthing the intake via spacers could bring that down to about 3K rpm,so the engine would make more torque off idle and up to about 3k.Same with increasing the length of the exhaust header primaries.

Wash the 360 Van
Just curious,If you use a pressure washer on a 360 do you have to anchor it so it doesn't move?

bumpstops
well universal bump stops are 8.99 at autozone. So I guess I will torch out the mounts, and if the bump stops catch on fire I will just get some universal ones.I love it when I set things on fire in my garage...

bumpstops
apparently no one has ever managed to remove the bumpstops..

bumpstops
How do I remove the bumpstops from a gen 1 brat? They look to have a 3" nut holding them on.I am installing EA81 rear suspension so the bump stops are in the way and would just be another thing in the fenders to rub on,so I would like to cut them out and put them where the ea81 suspension needs bumpstops.I was planning on using my torch to cut the bumpstop mounts off but I don want to burn up the (good condition) rubber bumpstops..Any Idea how to remove them short of getting a HUGE wrench?

I am looking for more power down low below 1000 RPM
more efficient combustion means more power with less fuel.I looked into it a while a go but I never got the chance to build one and try it out.Although through the magic of youtube I saw a 90's escort getting 60 mpg with a generator installed,I also saw a dodge hemi truck running and driving with a BIG tank and generator in the bed-even had a pressure gauge showing the pressure there system put out and while driving, the pressure would go down a bit on full throttle but other than that it seemed to run fine. However anything can happen off camera so I take it with a grain of salt until I can test a system for my self.

North Texas Northwest OHV Park in Bridgeport
I would say upper 311 at EC would probally be 4.5 or 5 on that scale. a level 2 down there I would no problems driving a 2wd car over it.
