  9. I've already got a tranny and put it in today. MAN DO I LIKE THIS CAR!!!
  10. http://s464.photobucket.com/albums/rr8/billbaxter87/?action=view&current=l_b51a02e83a1778e2fd2d278a71de3708.jpg WHAT YOU ALL THINK?????
  11. As i'm sure you're aware. The motor you're using is OBD II. LOTS of differences with the wiring. However, I am very jealous as this is the model of car that I did my EJ22 swap on several years ago and then sold to my brother. When you get the exhaust done, go with 2.5 inch, it makes it sound really cool. Mine had the cheaper version of a flow master on it.
  12. i realize that you have already had the work done and i wish you had posted this sooner. but sunroofs are designed to leak. there are 4 drain tubes....2 towards the front and 2 towards the rear that are for water runoff. the main problem with a sunroof leaking on you inside the car is these tubes get plugged over time and nobody knows they're there and never cleans them. i had a 88 chevy s-10 blazer that had this prob and as soon as i cleaned the tubes it never leaked on me again. in fact my brother in law now owns it and it still doesn't leak. 4 years now. again sorry i didn't see this b4 you had the work done
  13. i'm not sure if you fixed the noise problem yet or not but a month ago one of my T-belt pulleys disintegrated. prior to this i was hearing an intermittent noise that i was not familiar with. $200.00 later it was fixed. (T-belt and pulley kit)
  14. Tires for the 14's are more readily available in a "Stock" tire size. if you are not going to off road it then i would go with the 15's and some 195/ 50 r 15's in a comfortable price range. I used to have an 86 GL wagon that I was running them on but the only problem I had was if I put to much of a load in the back they would rub. Pugs are going to put the wheels right at the outer edge of the fender, so if you are not lifting it keep that in mind.
  15. Oh well, they still look hella good on my car:banana:
  16. First, Jamal, do you want headlights or driving lights? Second, I believe they are 02-03 WRX wheels. Not quite sure the guy I got them from runs an import tuner shop here in town and he didn't really remember. But you're right it does look nice even with hubcaps(wife's ride and she won't let me put anything on it)
  17. The airbag deploys at an estimated velocity of 300 MPH and if you are sitting within the first 12 inches of that deployment it can snap your neck like a twig. My friend and I deployed one on purpose with a manican(sp) sitting 12 inches from it and it crushed the chest, broke the right shoulder and decapitated the thing. BTW....you can also set them off outside the car and send them about 200 feet in the air. Done that too.
  18. SO....what you are saying is WHOA PARTNER!
  19. Yeah, running into things and not hurtin' the car would be awsome. Plastic bumpers just aren't very good for that, they tend to be toooooooo forgiving:mad: Allied Armement has the FORCE BUMPER for like 7 bills. Can't wait til I have an EXTRA $700.00:eek: Besides, it would give me more room for LIGHTS:banana: Broke one this last weekend horsin' around with the SubaruOutback.org guys.
