  1. Your cigarette lighter should work just fine for the laptop(experience says so) as for the 2nd Lighter......NOOOOOOO IDEA. Sorry
  2. Dude, don't give up on it just because of a friggin roll pin. I let my Ea82 wagon go because of stupid reasons and am still P/Oed at myself. Somehow, some way you will overcome this seemingly tragic situation and be Happy as Heck that it's over. Chin up Lil' Buddy (LOL)
  3. well, i would like to thank you for your "In Depth Report":) I am going to go see if I can abuse one for a while in the next couple days
  4. is there going to be grandstands for all the specamatators? i love watchin dyno pulls that don't belong to me, that way when sumthin breaks i'm not out a hollotta money(which by the way, i don't have:) )
  5. I have, and never had to disconnect the battery. But, that's not to say I didn't get lucky. When you say "Everything dies down" do you mean.....the lights on the dash dim, or what? It is possible that your starter failed due to age or something, not because of the welding. Just my .02 worth
  6. I was born and raised in Wisconsin, and the weather is NOT Arctic:lol:
  7. If you do this, you will likely grenade you center diff.
  8. Congradulations......Glad to see it all worked out.
  9. Hey.....it is a subie isn't it? Currently driving my 4th subie with awd and must concur on the donuts in the parking lot thing.
  10. YEAH......What he said:lol:
  11. IT'S NOT A SICKNESS.......IT'S AN ADDICTION!!!!!
  12. the pressure in the tank is not what is causing your car to hesitate. Did you hook up a check engine light? pull codes, if any. my old swap car had an issue with the MAF until I replaced it.
  13. I am currently onmy 4th Subie. The first was an EA 82 wagon that gave me my taste for dirt drifting and rallyXing. I am now on my 3rd legacy wagon which happens to be a 5mt that I bought from a Legacycentral member for $400.00 drove it home 35 miles with a bad clutch and the next day put a $150.00 clutch in without even lifting the car off the ground. these cars are ABSOLUTELY fun to drive, maybe not the fastest but it will get you there. I only wish that I had gotten some video of me PLAYING in the snow this last winter. BTW...if you purchase a Subie YOU WILL BECOME AN ADDICT like the rest of us.
  14. i didn't know there was such a thing as too many lights
