  1. That would be the tits with DCCD! I had my 4.88 ring and pinions in my Yota axles cryo treated by Longfield Superaxles, so far they have been working great... I would at least just do the treatment on the ring gear after the material is removed, I didn't really give much thought to the pinion shaft being a main part of the tranny, being as long as it is it would be bad to be brittle... But it should help the ring gear. -Bill
  2. Got your payment, I'll have it sent out in just a short while. Thanks!

  3. As far as getting the ring gear clearance, I wouldn't take anything off the shift collar for the low range, just off the edge of the gear. Idk if you have a buddy with a lathe, but if you do the easiest way to do it would be to chuck it in the lathe, then set up a rest and use a grinder to carefully grind the edge while it rotates. Then ship it out to be heat/cryo treated. -Bill
  4. This will be awesome to see built and here how it does! Should make driving with 31's feel like stock tires. -Bill
  5. A little off-topic, but it appears that the BRZ is also being marketed by Scion as the FR-S... -Bill
  6. The blue wire on the connector is for the choke. One of the black wires would be for the anti-deisel solenoid if you had one, and the other would be unused. -Bill
  7. I will look and see what it costs to ship to finland, its definitely something I'm willing to do. -Bill
  8. Yes. And the window switch panels too. -Bill
  9. $300-$500 sounds like a good range, cheaper would always be better but it is what it is. -Bill
  10. I do accept paypal. When you are able to send and recieve Private Messages, get ahold of me and we can do business. Thanks!

  11. The CV angles won't go away, but what it means is they will fail sooner than they would otherwise, so I'd buy the lifetime replacement axles and get real comfortable changing them out It varies car by car, some people never really have issues while others do. -Bill
  12. I have 2 kits in stock ready to ship right now! -Bill
  13. I don't think I'm going to get back into building the big lifts, it just takes too long because I have to do it all by hand, and there's just not enough profit to be made to justify taking that much time away from my family. I have a bunch of old parts from 6" kits that never got finished though. PM me if you are interested. -Bill
  14. I could do blocks for the engine and transmission crossmembers, but then it would require a steering shaft extension and a lot more work to install, and would cost more. If there would be enough demand I could do it though. -Bill
  15. This is a much stronger way to lift the rear if you go with a top strut lift in the rear. It can't bend or slip out of place if you hit a bump too hard, 100% rigid. -Bill
  16. I hope you get this going, I've wanted an R160 locker for a while. -Bill
  17. Sorry man, I don't check my emails very often but haven't seen one. What's up, what would you like to know?

  18. Unfortunately I don't make 2" lifts for the Brats or any other EA81 vehicles, they require a full lift with crossmember spacers and the works. These kits are for EA82/ Gen 3 vehicles only. -Bill
  19. Bump to the top! I have 6 of these in bare steel ready to ship!!!! Still only $100!!!!! plus $20 shipping anywhere in the US. BUY SOME!!!!! -Bill
  20. I'm gonna need a couple of these, hopefully they will be about the same price as the last ones, or even possibly less... -Bill
  21. I'll have to look, but I think I have 3 full sets, maybe some extras. Sold a set with a car a year or so back as well. All 13's. Also, as a FYI for anyone who's not sure, Jackmans were the flat ones with a "J" stamped on one of the spokes. They were not curved like the EA81 and EA82 wagon spoke wheels. -Bill
  22. For the rear you need XT6 hubs, brake rotors, brake backing plates, calipers, but the rear axles should be the same as the stock 4wd ones. For the front you need xt6 struts, knuckles, hubs, brakes, lower control arms (the lower ball joint on the xt6 is a little different from the EA82 balljoint) and the xt6 front axles. At that point it should all bolt in.
