im happy with the brat though.... i went from my toyota that got 10MPG on a good day to my brat that gets 22+ mpg

id be up for one if they werent to highly priced for ea81 brat with 4" Lift

i have a rebuilt 3eat you can have if you want haha... (probably dont want to down grade)

you could also have a blown head gasket / cracked head causing low compression in a cylinder and when boost comes on it starts to fire again because you got compression again

i sold the now really well running 85 gl-10 t-wagon... To fund the pugs and A/t's for the brat :banana::banana::banana: Complete with center caps!!!!! but the tire store broke one and didn't tell me... so now one of them has the center tore out of it just need pug lugs now :-\

how do i get the steering wheel off my brat i put the lift in and messed up the wheel allignment

just one electric fan and it doesnt run all the time.... if i let the car idle for a hour it will hit the fan haha....

fan works and doesnt run all the time it just never runs hot enough to get nice hot air haha.... i guess ill just live with it then... if i get a hotter t-stat will that help?

it barely runs over the first line over cold and the heat sucks.... new oe thermostat and everything. should i cardboard up the radiator or should i buy a aftermarket thermostat for a different temp

i think the lift scott offers is very good as long as you dont jump the car

they had ignition for a brat with keys from a tilt column.... searches are comming up empty i just cant find one.... if you have one tell me your price

you might be able to find one on a ea81 turbo vehicle.... but im not sure and the chances of finding one are slim

yes but you'll have to weld tabs on i believe to hold the sway bar... rx's had a rear sway bar you could use but you have to cut it down

anyone have a pic of a ea81 steering extention?? i have 5/8 id schedual 40 pipe will this work?

if u cant get ramps under it dig a pit in your back yard jk just use a jack and some jack stands.. motor oil probably wont drop but gas prices im sure dropped because of elections

well i had a loud exhaust leak... while investigating with a mirror i came across a o2 sensor just befor the turbo that appeared to have blown up... all that was left was the end so i took it out and welded a cap on it, screwed it back in and now the car is nice and quite and has a little more power... the previouse downpipe had a o2 sensor in it and the replacement from turbone had one as well making me think that there should be two...

should i have 2 o2 sensors? i have a os bung befor the turbo and after... does anyone know...because i cant find the second wire either and the sensor that was in there blew the core out...
