your headlight fluid is low, and for better performance you might want to get a 4 new piston return springs, you know, thats the thing that pushes the piston back up. I dont want to hijack this thread....

if you keep the stock boost level I dont believe that there would be any disadvantage to having the tdo4 on your car. I dont have time after working to go and get heli coils or time serts(I do have some time, but 105+ temps take away your motivation) so it looks like it will be this weekend that I will be working on my car.. maybe.

they adjust camber, the angle the suspension is on from left to right, or the angle that the tire contacts the ground, (although forza isnt the best of simulators, they do have very in depth descriptions) you can make a car hug, or slide on the road with adjustments of camber. and tire heat and tire life and you can also make it look really racerish if you give the rears lots of negative camber!!!! and also ruin your tire life completely. Looks good I want camber plates ... and remote reservoir shocks

My car doesnt leak oil on the ground (when its put together) but it does leak it slightly, for me thats unacceptable, I wish I could rip this engine out of there and reseal the entire thing, but, no time no money, and I dont want any more bolts to have a chance to rip out on me

yeah I ordered the csf one from rad barn, I returned it because 1, I accidentally ordered the single row, and 2 It looked like garbage the way it was made, and they still have not given me the refund on the radiator... I got insurance and tracking and did everything they asked me to do, there going down if I dont get my money soon, I believe performance radiator has the 2 row. (there main place is down here) thats where my next adventure is going to be...

WOOHOO the header is bolted up, thanks to Merkatroid finisihing the hog outs on the header... but of course with my car, it likes to throw a curve ball, a stud pulled, but I might... MIGHT be able to heli-coil it, It looks like it barely took out any material and I should have enough room to do it with the header in place, If i have to take this off I may have to shoot myself.

heres the update, nothing has happend much, I have to grind away some metal on my header flanges because my some of my exhaust studs are a tiny bit sideways, so the header wont fit. This car loves me alot, I jacked the engine up out of the motormount bolt holes, and as soon as I do it, I get coolant leaking on my face from the general area of the water pump... Looks like if I ever get this piece running again it will be time to do a waterpump and every other piece of crap behind those covers... yay for me... I did get the wrx downpipe welded with an 02 sensor bung, so thats one thing going for me. It takes a long time to grind away at these flanges, there super hard. So if this header does fit, I still need to get a new radiator oh yeah, my passenger side radiator fans electric connector separated from the wires, so that will need to be fixed, I cant seem to get my oil cooler to fit with this new header, and when I tried to remove it, it doesnt want to budge, so its telling me that I am going to need to find away to use it still . oh well heres a couple of pics to show how it sits....

Hey I cant believe the JB weld worked THAT DOESNT MEAN IT WILL ALL THE TIME!!! but its great that it limped home! scoobies can usually do that, unless a distributor rotor screw pops out . hey Audio, I just noticed the headlamp smile on your avitar.

oil in air filter housing
A little oil never hurt anyone, although if it was my car I would want it to be clean and shiny. It is a PCV as bucky stated, pull out the valve and shake it, if it moves freely its good. Does the car run fine other than this?

bov for rx turbo
The bov just saves the turbo from Spiking, when you let off the throttle that pressure has to go somewhere, and with no Blow off, it tries to go backwards through the turbo which in extreme cases = Shattered Compressor wheel.

Well, looks like My downpipe wont be going on quite yet!!! My flange is the one for the old turbo, so I am going to have to figure that one out. But the good news is I have my gaskets ordered and they will be here monday around 5, so I will tear this thing down probably tomarrow, and see if this turd fits. The downpipe will make it louder, and sound better, but all I am after right now is stock power UPDATE: I just ordered my 2 row radiator online (for non turbo) because its freaking hot in az, and I went to the store to get a kiddie pool for my golden, and when I went back to my car it looked like the radiator exploaded it was leaking so bad. So 136.30 later, and who knows how long, I will have a brand new hard to squeeze radiator in my beast. I have not taken the old header out yet, but I will do It soon, lack of motivation , and extreme fear of having yet more exhaust problems that you guys probably remember. Ill update this as I go.

Ok ladies... If you didnt watch the news yet, gas jumped 10 bucks and some change in one day... Gas prices are going to fly up, and this means us peoples who have to pay for premium will have issues (even regular will give us issues) so, whos up for making your very own race fuel? I dont mean refine it, but make a 55 gallon drum or so of it in your garage, you need toluene and some other things, ive heard of it being done before, and you do still have to pay for the regular unleaded gas, but you can boost you octane up lots... now this is directed at those who need the racefuel for there subies..which equals about 2 people in this club Just wanted to get your guys take on it. AND DONT TELL ME ITS STUPID OR I WILL CRAWL THROUGH MY MONITOR AND STRANGLE YOU! oh and sorry I dont know if this should be in off topic or not.. if it does, then it will give the moderators something to do :-p

bov for rx turbo
my -10 has a wrx intercooler and bov, and russ made it mount into the stock airbox to turbo rubber piece... therefor achieving bpv.Besides you want a RFL bov.. do a search on google

jb weld dont like oil, and you would need lots of it to fix this... and you would have to wait a long time. tow it home

no dont pull the engine unless you really want to, although it is an easy one to pull. Just remove the bolts in the motor mounts, and jack up the engine, then place 2x4 blocks inbetween the block and thecrossmember and lower the engine, then remove the pan and reverse!

You should be able to find a td04 around 100-250 bucks, above 200 is pushing it though. And they are all over, ie ebay or nasioc or rs25. One just went for $50 on rs25
