a turbo ECU won't run very well with out a turbo (I ran my turbo ECU to make sure it worked before selling it. idled okay and ran but not very well.)

it's a sticky lifter. seafoam if you havent and you can try some ATF in the oil.

a new stock radiator will be lots different than the 23 year old. be sure to flush the rest of the system good, though.
