  1. Hmmm, I might have to think about maybe joining a trip to the pine barrens. That would be fun!!! But we'll see, time will tell
  2. Sweet! Thank you!!
  3. ahh, crap I was hoping to join!! But That's a bit out of the way...I think? Maybe not, I dunno what way I'll be coming from
  4. Where are the Pine Barrens? Are they more south than the show or close by?
  5. You should post this in the new generation section
  6. Those look cool!! I would definitely take one!!! What sizes will be available? I'm really tall and anything smaller than 3X will be a belly shirt on me after the first wash(not a pretty picture!) Thanks!! These should be a good seller!
  7. I know of several tat have made noise for 100k! I know, I couldn't believe they lasted that long either, but yeah I know of one 96 2.2 outback wagon 5 spd right now that has over 200k on it and the tranny has been making noise for at least the last half of it's life. Still goes great. But that's not to say that they all might not be that tough. Hopefully yours is though!! Good luck!
  8. If I can still make it, I might bring my new car instead, I think it will be a little more road worthy, but we'll see!
  9. Cool, pretty small but it'll work for a couple things. I am thinking about doing a rack on my sedan, I have a set of racks that I think I will play around with
  10. I'm not looking forward to the mud, this year is gonna be terrible because of all the snow! I thought we were supposed to post pics! Well this is the best I got
  11. :grin:Maybe!! I could see that. Probably just gonna do lift and throw on a set of Pugs for now. It's definitely on a budget, so I will replace any thing that needs to be replaced but everything else will be home made! I know I need a fuel filter and maybe some valve cover gaskets. But I still have to look it over some more. But it's in good shape and I got a decent deal for it
  12. Thank you! Yeah, when I get it cleaned up, I will take better pics. But they are very small and going to be very easy to fix:banana: I really can't wait to get started on it!!
  13. The clacking sounds like a cv axle, the tire chirp sounds like maybe you have an LSD and it is working very well! And the metal sound could be a tie rod or ball joint. Jack your car up and wiggle the front tires in all directions and see if you get any movement, then look to see where the movement is coming from. Also look at your rear diff and see if it says LSD on it. If not than there could be something wrong with the rear clutches in the tranny
  14. Does anyone know if 2WD and 4WD front springs are the same? I know the struts are different lengths but I didn't know if the springs were different. Thanks
  15. Is the brake dragging? Did you twist the piston in far enough?
  16. loose axle nut? loose lug nuts?
  17. Well you have to find a set you like and then get someone who will ship them to you! If I had a set, I would ship them for you, but I don't. But there has got to be someone who will!
  18. the EA81 is gear driven internally. There is no chain or belts.
  19. It's quite a bit! I really wouldn't file the calipers, you would actually need to take a grinder to them.
  20. Sweet! Congrats on the great deal, and yeah, lets see that rust! What are your plans?
  21. Cool, looks like fun! Where's your front bumper??
  22. Looks pretty good! Not bad for a spray can. My only question is, what's with the overspray?? Guess it's all personal opinion but I would at least cover everything before painting. But looks like a real good rig, and sounds like you have a lot of fun with it!! Can't wait to see the winch on it!!
  23. Here are some pics! They are not great, but there will be more to come. It still has 2WD front struts for now. I have to give it a good cleaning, and then put in a 2" lift and then throw on my 15" Pugs! So stay tuned!!
