Yeah I'll have to take one! I will be replacing the rusty oil pan that has started to leak, with a rust free, mint oil pan from an 05 STi early next week. And at the same time installing my group N tranny and motor mounts that I have had for ever. Then, the next thing will be the STi intake manifold, turbo inlet, and one step colder plugs. Not sure when that will be happening yet.

I have the DCCDPro installed on my 6 spd swapped Forester XT. It works great. And by far the best customer service I have ever been given.

I immediately went through one front cv after my 2" lift, and now the other is making noise. Both factory Subaru axles too. Hopefully you have better luck than I did!

Need advice - Turbo Forester engine and transmission into nonturbo Forester
I am not positive, but I know there will be much fewer. But I am still betting that you could do it without having any connections, you may just have to take it further than just the dash and harness, you may have to replace other sections of harness as well.

Yeah I'm not too worried about the bolts that hold them to the body, but the nut, and the stud that have the actual rear control arm mount/bushing on it. That nut will probably come off, but has the bushing rusted itself onto the stud?? That's my worry. I plan on soaking them down with pb blaster once I get it back and hopefully that will help.

You would either have to have the harness's merged by someone with the know how, or I'm sure you could swap the entire harness and dash over to yours where they are the same body style.

Yes! And for CHEAP! I have ball joints and the cone washers on the way for them. I just have to remove my rear control arm bushings and swap them out for these ones so that they fit right. I'm hoping they come off mine, I'm sure the rust will fight me.

Yeah I thought they looked a little small, so that makes sense. Those 27.7's would be real close to the rear struts, even with the SG rears. Mine measure a hair over 27.5 and there isn't much room at all. I'm sure with the right wheel they will be all good though.

I actually thought that too. Black and gold seem to look good on silver cars. I'd love to get some gold BBS, but I doubt it will happen any time soon. I do have some gold wheel paint though. hmmmm And I will definitely get some good pics.

Very nice Rob! I really like the color too. And this makes me really want to get the windows tinted in my 98. Great job with it so far.

More shiny parts! So do you have any idea when things will start going together?- 04 fxt
Stopped by tonight to drop off my nice clean air filter to put on before it goes back together. It's all painted! I didn't get a great look at it because he had just got done, but I did get to see the bumper cover. He sprayed that separate because of the flex additive needed. That looked great, and looking in through the window, the rest of the car did too! I'm thinking Monday it will be all done. He was going to wet sand a few spots tonight and tomorrow and then finish up. I can't wait!- My '92 Loyale: Safariwagon

No, it was in a minor accident long before I got it, and the way things lined up have been bugging me forever, so it's finally getting taken care of! - my '98 Foz
