  1. Man that sucks!! So is the right stuff available? Where can you find it?
  2. Except on something like my RS. It comes with 16's but has the same brakes as an outback so 15's clear just fine.
  3. You will need 15's. The 14" wheels won't clear the brakes on the outback. Also are you talking about an Outback with a lift? Or a Legacy with Outback struts?
  4. The oil pumps between an auto and a 5 spd will be the same, so if it's different than whats on your car, there is a good chance that they gave one for a different car, or motor.
  5. Yeah I'm sure that's when it blew. But yeah it's all good now!
  6. OOOOOh, pretty! Why no WRX? I'm sure it's because of the insurance etc. Nice car though. Is that an '06?
  7. Yes it is, and I just fixed it. I looked into the main fuse panel and found the fuse labeled ALT. I pulled it out and sure enough it was blown. So I used one of the spares and it's all good!!! Thanks for the reply though. I'm just happy it's all fixed!
  8. So I got my alternator rebuilt and he tested it, and I installed it on my car and it's good. But, my battery light and my e-brake light stay on all the time. I have let it run for a long time, turned everything on, and it works great, so I am just wondering why these two lights are staying on. Any ideas?
  9. They should be the same.
  10. Nice job and glad to see that your getting it done!! Pics of the car when you get 'er lifted!!
  11. search. There is a lot of info on here about doing things for this. You can weld the rear diff or swap in an LSD. The front is more complicated, but I believe it can be done. Do a search for LSD
  12. So the EA81 springs actually lifted the outback?
  13. Does that wagon have automatic seat belts or regular? If it has regular could you part with them? I would need the whole shoulder belt assembly, from the roll on the bottom to the top where it bolts up. Let me know. Thanks!!
  14. Sweet dude!! I know you'll love that d/r in your car!! So if you don't mind, how much did you get it for? Lots of good parts!! Now the work begins! Swapping all the goodies into your car!
  15. That's awesome!! I'd be interested in what they used for the setup! Looks mean!
  16. I would take each fusible link out and check them. Sometimes they can look fine but they aren't
  17. paypal, check first post
  18. I've had a wanted ad posted for one of those!!! I'll take it if you can get it off!! Let me know. pm sent!
  19. So this makes me wonder if newer style springs will fit in old style struts, for instance, I have a set of WRX springs, would they fit into a set of EA82 struts? And would they be too stiff?
