  1. Are you sure the valves are ok? This is an interference motor. There is a very good chance that the pistons and valves collided when the timing belt broke
  2. Yeah I love mine too!! I wanted one because there weren't too many of them. I can't wait to see that thing with 32's on it!!
  3. My mom has the same car and it rips! And she consistently gets over 30 mpg with it! So I would say that there are some issues
  4. FWD is front wheel drive, AWD is all wheel drive
  5. yeah I did and some said they were ok to use on either but others said they were specific, so I figured this was the place to check! Thank you much gary!!
  6. I wanted to know if anyone knew if EA82T and EA82 head gasket kits were all the same? They seem to be, but I just wanted to make sure. Thanks!!
  7. Yeah don't ya just love that! I have 3 Subarus in my yard and people complain a little, but oh well. But yeah, when you can, get some pics of all of them together! Sounds like and so far looks like an awesome collection!!
  8. Man that thing is beautiful!! Very nice. And those wheels only make it better!!
  9. This thing is so cool!! I love the second pic, it looks so mean!! Great job and can't wait to see more!!!
  10. Yeah sometimes it can be a pain in the rump roast, but even my step dad who has no auto experience at all, replaced his in about 30 minutes and we are in the rust belt. It's not all that bad. The worst part is getting gas on you:-\
  11. I've wondered the same, My Brat does that and I wish I had a wiper that worked well for it!!
  12. I paid 190 for the exact same car as above, it needed a motor, other than that it was mint!
  13. Looks really nice. I like that color. Is it a factory color? I haven't seen one that color before. I see two of these everyday on my way to work and back. Cool cars and I would also like to get the chance to take a ride in one!!
  14. I'd love to see it! That sounds awesome though. I'd love to try the same thing!! I never thought to try fitting newer squirters in the old hood. I bet it works great!!
  15. Thank you! Yeah maybe a little. I still really have to put some 4WD struts in the front. It still has the 2WD struts from its 2WD days. That would help. I plan on doing a little trimming of the front valance, and other than that, there hasn't been any rubbing yet.
  16. usually the rear diff has more clearance than the front
  17. Alright, got the tires mounted up, so here are some more pics!!
  18. Yup I did the same with my 92 Loyale that I had. I added the 85-86 squirters along with the hood ones
  19. I use them to oil those parts of the body so that it doesn't rust
  20. Very fast! I would suggest dropping down the front crossmember at least an inch along with the 2" strut lift
  21. I don't have a pic, but if you're looking from the front of the engine, it is just in back of and to the right of the throttle body. It is way down in there on top of the lock. It can be a pain to change!! It has either a white or green plug on it.
