  1. i did that. LED works now. but light is still useless. but cool none the less... -=Suberdave=-
  2. im not sure what a "blinker globe" is, maybe i call it something different. but i if you have a pic. i may have one. i have all the lights from an XT6 and i beleve they are the same... -=Superdave=-

  5. fits in an EA-82 body with no mod. but would need mod for EA-81. there is about 3/4" - 1" on each side. fits like it was made to go in there. -=Suberdave=- http://www.suberdave.com

  9. 5 years and newer and 25 years and older do not have to be tested. -=Suberdave=-
  10. i did an EJ20G from a JDM 96 STI, bought the whole front clip. after the price of the clip, the car, new wheels and tires, exhaust, and other stuff i am in the whole thing less than $3500. could have done it for less, but i bought "NEW" 17" wheels and tires. the trick is "get a good deal on a compleet front clip" -=Suberdave=- http://www.suberdave.com
  11. to run WRX front susp. you will have to go to a 5 lug, for the knuckle to take the calipers. and you will have to go to a 16" poss 15" wheel. i tryed 14" wheels on my WRX converson on my GL wagon, didnt work. so i went with 17's -=Suberdave=- http://www.suberdave.com
  12. when i did my EJ20G swap the tach was the only thing i didnt get to work. i used a GL-10 with digi dash, but could not get the tach to work. i even bought a autometer tach adapter for use with the coil on plug ing. setup. still no luck. so i just went and bought an aftermarket tach. now it works fine, and i have a shift light. if you have any luck. let me know. i still would like t hook my tach up, if i can. -=Suberdave=-

  16. look in the center consol right behind the shift stick. do you have another stick that says 2WD 4HI and 4low? if not you dont have a hi/low transfer. if you have a button on top of your shift knob. then you only have 4 hi. -=Suberdave=-

  19. i have hard that the GL-10 wagon rear sway bar is the largest sway bar ever put on an EA82, even larger than the XT6... anyone know for sure? -=Suberdave=-
  20. correct. with out it. the ECM goes into limp mode and sets a VSS code 33. and will not go into boost with out cutting fuel. and yes the 87 and later ea82 VSS will work. -=Suberdave=-

  23. as long as they are both 5sp's yes they are. if i remember correctly. the manuals are all the same and the autos are the same. -=Suberdave=-
  24. i beleave that was in the land of oz. some of there early EJ's came with the dist. hole in the left side head. but none of the US EJ's did. if i remember correctly -=Suberdave=-
  25. you can keep the shift handel with the EJ trans. but the EA trans dosnt hardly hold the power of an EA engine. wouldnt even try it, get an EJ trans and diff. the drive shaft will have to be shortaned. and the rear axels will have to be modded. but not hard to do. -=Suberdave=- http://www.suberdave.com
