Look arounf or an 80's soob. They can be had for relatively cheap. 2-700$ sometimes, more but you shouldn't have problems finding one.

Yeah the seats do and the seat belts do too I believe, but the headrests don't work. Gen 2 headrests are longer.

An 87 would be a 2nd gen. Gen 1 brats were made from 78-81, gen 2's from 82-87. I'll see if I can find a site for ya, but ebay is definitely the way to go. You'll prolly want the 1 1/2"- 2' wide ones.

I am already looking into which tires I will buy next to put on the lifted brat. The ones I have on there are fine, but the next ones I get will be wider. So is anyone running the Super Swamper SSR's - 29x11.5 on a 10" wide rim? I want to see how much the tires/wheels stick outside the fenders. Thanks.

I bought a set of those for my Brat. I am not gonna use them because they don't match up enough for me. The gas tank cut out is on the wrong side for my brat (82). If you want ones that fit Gen 2 cars, go with a samurai flare set.

Hey I was wonderin. What would be the odds of getting a projector and setting it up so we could watch some of our members' soob videos at night? I think it would be perfect if we could get a white sheet or whatever up against those evergreen arborvitaes there at the fairgrounds, and watch them. What do you think?

It definitely has room behind the throttle linkage, where the cable screws into the linkage is where the room is nulled. Could I cut some of the plastic housing away from the cable to back the tightener up towards te firewall any? I may have to take a picture trying to explain this one.
