So lemme get this straight: it's up on jackstands with the front two wheels removed. you start the car with it in park. you noticed the front wheel hub spinning? *edit* does the wheel hub spin forward or backward? *edit*

got about 3/4 of your guys' stuff.. rear slider window with rubber surround came out at -10 below zero.. T-tops are good to go..most everything from a-pilllar up on the inside. t-top bags werent there, and the sidesteps are bein a pain... im gonna have to drill the screws out. Most everything is coming out ok though. You guys are gonna have quite the package. i spent the last 30 minutes or so of the light pulling the rear end out.. bearly got that done in 30 minutes. So approx 1 hr or so ill be out there again hackin an jackin on the brat.

talk to subarubrat beware: bushwacker or any fenderflare AINT cheap. front and back is like 300 bones. I saw that and went flareless.. you get way muddier when running offset rims that poke out 2" anyway

well im inside after 2 hours... engines been out for an hour.. (did it in ONE hour! with "save the subie" motivation) we ( 2 non-mechanically inclined people and me) were sittin there tryin to monkey with the tranny in the dark and got tired of it.. i will be out there first thing to save what else i can. You dont have to worry about parts flying into your cab area.. i broke a viscous coupler in my RS.. it sent parts colliding.. when i was doing about 60 mph.. it shot the 5th gear out of the case and into the bottom of the car.. put a big dent in the bottom (about the size of a softball) and it sounded like a bomb went off... but thats about it.
