  1. No. I lack t3h $. JWX is mr money bags and did the rear lines. Fronts are a 100% direct bolt up.
  2. Still have them avalible. JWX has information on using these same lines on the REAR DISC EA82 cars.
  3. stock is 111~115 HP...136 TQ. With some light-mild mods, stock turbo, all stock internals...just header, intake, Downpipe, WRX TMIC, boost controller, I am getting 230 hp and 292 ft-lbs of TQ at the flywheel...thats 161/205 at all four wheels.
  4. Since I am in NC as well...you shall, and MUST...give it to me! :-p First thing you should do...sicne its a turbo...is really run some synthitic motor oil. Mobil 1 10w30 synth is best, and use OE oil filters. If the car has been ill mantained...the Hydrualic Valve Lash adjusters will tick...easy fix for that is changeing the oil reguarly with QUALITY oil...aka the Mobil 1...or atleast Castrol GTX 10w30 if you dont use synthetic. Head gaskets going is the major issue...why? because people drive them and do not maintain the cooling system...engine gets hot...POOF...head gasket gone. Once an EA82T is overheated badly...it usually will keep blowing the HG's unless the block AND heads are machined true. Most of the time, with a mild overheat...light over heat...just the heads can be done, and as long as the OE head gasket is used...everything will be peachy as long as everything is well maintained...for another 200k miles at least. Another thing to look for is the timing belts...they may need to be replaced soon...replace them every 50~60k miles. Since you are in there...replacing the waterpump, cam/crank/oil pump seals are a must for a leak free EA82 engine. Another common leak point is the rear PCV cover, rear crank seal...and the cam cover gaskets. THere is also an oring between the head and block...and another between the head and cam case that like to leak....those are minor concerns if they only ocassionally drip...if they like to drip drip drip at idle...there will be cause to want to yank the engine and go ahead and surface the heads and use a complete engine gasket kit...along with replaceing the WP... Taking care of the cooling system is the single biggest thing you can do to make the care live a long time...next to keeping good fresh oil in the engine ofcourse... Otherwise, the XT and the EA82T engine is one of the best combinations SUBARU ever came up with! The XT is VERY areodynamic...and the EA82T with some very light-mild modifications can put out WRX hp and MORE than WRX TQ...and get up 30 MPGs under that same setup in an RX (mine)...with the more aero XT, less drivetrain loss with the 2WD...i woudl not doubt the ability to get more than 35 MPGs from that thing.....I've always wanted to try, but I've never had an XT...YET. Good luck and maybe we can meet up at some point! I am in Asheville during the weekdays...around either Charlotte or Atlanta are in weekends...once autox season gets in full swing, I will be up in the Triad area for some autox events. and Welcome to USMB!
  5. where'd u get the coilover stuff from? Ebay special? 19.99+60 shipping&Handling?
  6. oh and its been discussed a thousand times...but the header moves the turbo up and back so you can put a larger IHI/Mitsu turbo on it and not have clearance issues for intake/exhaust stuff. I never had any issues with clearance or what not....I DO with the DP was alittle higher up towards the body...it hangs a little low for those ocassional Rally excursions...
  7. anything that fits an older Ford, say, 5.0 L 302 engines and 351's will fit these EA series and ER27 engines. I know dis.
  8. You BETTER be at the dragon...and I will still be t3h fAst4r!!! Under normal driving...you get full boost at 2500...stock is ~2100. When everything is good to go (aka normal op. temp), TWE full boost at 2200~2300....stocker at 1700-1800. Ive got the stock VF7, and TWE DP. Got a 2.5 inch 3 way cat, that reduces to 2.25...then down to 2 inches...back thru a 2 inch glasspack...then its all over and out past the bumper with some pipe...2 inch. Same spooling action on the 2.5 inch pure straight, and the 2.5 with 2.5 glass pack that was on the car at the last dragon meet. VF11 is not much better at all than the VF7. TD04 is considered much larger than the VF7/VF10-11 turbos. But...are still acceptable to use with the EA82T with a teeny more lag....TD04 is next for me. Just need a good DP...
  9. I'll check that out...but I need something thats good for autox...BUT will handle more than 1200*F.
  10. i think the 150 and 50 core would be best...anything more than 200 tends to not draw the crowd around here.
  11. At speed even a subie person would be...ehh, a sedan...cool... then...wait! Rims! WAIT!! Where'd it go........?
  12. XT6 front clip on an RX 3-door chassis.
  13. Interesting. TD04 time for me....I jsut need a DP and play with t3h turbo and intake pipes.
  14. Ok, here's the deal... Ive had these EBC Greens on the RX for about...10,000 miles now. No issues with stopping or anything, they stop great! BUT...since they are for the 90-95 legacy, early Imprezas with the small brake package...they dont quite fit like the stock pads for the Leones do...they are a tad loose....where as the stockers are nice and tite y0! After this many miles of use...they have started to 'slide around' in the bracket...making a loud CLACK noise during initial brake application, and sometimes under normal cruising they will rattle around...making more noise. Since EBC doesnt make ANYTHING for the Leone...I went with this legacy/impreza application...its not good for long term street usuage....especially for those who want ultra reliability and quiet operation.... So...looks like I am going to start making a SERIOUS push for the Carbotech stuff. I myself think I will go with the P+'s. As for everyone else who doesnt drive like its a GT race to work, to lunch, back to work, back to home...etc...these Bobcats would be the superness over what you can get in parts stores and so on.. There is also the XP pads...really track only... The EBC greens are good to about 1022*F...and I DO get higher than that...I encountered fade a few times with these pads...YES...the rotors were VERY well glowing red....and the EBCs have worn the rotors down a decent bit as well...bobcats DONT....unless you get them above 1200*F... I think the P+'s will suit me alot better, as I will be doing some track events at some point. So...once again...any interest?????
  15. I think i know where you can get a set for $50.
  16. i think the EA82's use an SAE thread....im not sure.
  17. this adjust the CAM timing.....as well as the disty timing for the driver side cam.
  18. Careful with those and running a Disty....if you had DIS these would be VERY VERY useful with Delta cams. Actually, AVCS would be better.
  19. Yes. No...not unless you get them to 900*F.
