  3. lol how fast were you going
  4. for some reason moosens wont sell me the one he has.
  5. is that front bumper any good? mines beat to hell and yours is the right color
  6. that was cheaper if you get a universal one that you need to splice in. it was like $12
  7. what would it take for momo to restart production?
  8. for parts like that id just get new ones
  9. it doesnt grind I just want to rev match and it takes 2-3 seconds for the revs to come down from 4k rpm.
  10. heat sheild? you mean on the 2nd cat? its not rusty on my car. but like everyone says scavaging does not improve by making the exhaust smaller.
  11. i looked before the 2nd cat in my car and the exhaust narrows to 1.5" before the 2nd cat. why did they design it so?
  12. If I wind out first gear I have to wait a several seconds before I can shift to second-damn that stock flywheel. if I shift earlier than that it bogs. what is the best RPM to shift to 2nd for economy
  13. why would you want to? it doesnt suck any power or anything.
  14. i think it was the late 60's that it was mandated so this shouldnt suprise anyone. the vapors arent stuck in the canister either. they are in most cars sucked in the engine when the throttle is most of thw way open.
  15. umm on a carbed car you can properly set the timing with a vacuum guage.
  16. sometimes if the clutch lining is contaminated it can do that.
  17. that sounds pretty bad. i bet its totalled.
  18. i use http://www.uploadhut.com/index.php
  19. everything ages. today I went through my vacuum lines and most litterally crumbled in my hands when i took them off. the fuel line i replaced them with was vastly more flexible and im sure wont leave me stranded somewhere. the old ones got very brittle and hard, the nearer to a heat source they were.
  20. I have my mind set on either finding a stock cd player out of another subaru or going with a nicer one like eclipse makes.
  21. your best bet is going to insulate the intake path
  22. so you want 2 track cars? i dont follow your post. id use the subaru as a everyday ride and FD? or FC? as the racing type car. the i wouldnt bother with a FB. theres a lot bigger aftermarket for the rx7's and the chassis are mutch more developed than the subarus. even the FC has alluminum suspension parts stock.
  23. congrats. how far do you usually have to go to these events
  24. tow truck? honestly in my town they are just $40 and if i tow a car my insurance wont cover what im towing.
