Quieting Noisy Lifters in the Morning
I used to do that, but as of the passing of years I don't bother... i religiously check oil level every 3 days and always wait to fully warm up before driving down the road or mountain trails, I've changed many of seals as Dave T stated but to no avail... still TOD when it's hot mid day evening summer winter raining snowing I've even added Risoline,STP motor oil treatment,Lucas oil treatment,Motor Honey which did nothing but kill my after market oil pressure gauge!! Lol! Pennzoil, Castrol, Cheap stuff expensive stuff high mileage stuff 40w 10w 40 10w 30 changed oil filter manufacture to Wix Napa- stay away from fram from what I read everywhere- my next oil change filter came with STP Filter we will see how that goes 293,000+ miles and still ticking after 11 yrs..people always freakout!! ????????????????☹ dude you got rod knock!! And I say really? What do ya know about Subaru? Should i put roller tip rockers in? Lol! Although!!! Although!! There have been times where it has not!! And that to me becomes concerning! Is there oil flow?? I dont hear the pulsating tick!! Lol!

Odd EA82 Voltage drop & belt noise
I had the idler belt tensioner pulley seize once.. i thought it was a belt at first, it came on slowly then got worse. It made a gnarly screaming noise then would fade as it warmed up. it's only purpose is for the AC, water pump and power steering .. never noticed if I had a voltage drop... whereas for the voltage perhaps it's when the AC pump kicks on with heater/ac, lights stereo etc. Could be a alternator starting to die, while idling check your volts on the battery with AC pump on.. 20v on the dial 4wd- look to see if all the hoses are connected/broken to the white canister on passenger front at the firewall .. FYI don't know why previous owner hacked the wires in the shifter boot on mine and it came apart+having the same size tires and proper inflation helps... nothing to do with the theory of backing up to disengage lol!

Automatic seat belt issues
Ha ha ha! It truly is funny though.. they get in close door put hand up by neck while they are talking then when the ride is over they start to panic as though confused somehow then simutaniously open door while flipping seat belt behind them following my lead-because that's what I have to do- lol! and get driven to the dashboard while trying to lift backpack off floorboard ha ha ha, and to make things even better I got the passenger in the backseat screaming let me out of the cop car!! And start flipping the door locks because they can't comprehend pull lever and crack the door.. ????

Depending on where you are I would look into a wrecking yard and buy the whole thing axle and everything... that's what I did.

94 Loyale Dip stick length and markings.
If you do get a universal one... I would highly suggest doing an oil change put in the 4 recommended quarts and scribe a line. I posted pictures up earlier in the thread for reference as I believe mine is stock. Approx 1ft. 1in. Or 13 in all together and/or 33.02 centimeters depending on where ya live ????

Whining noise
Time to Jack it up and do the 12 to 6 o'clock and 9 and 3 o'clock and see if the wheel has play..

Watch out for this exhaust problem
I've noticed every loyale has a melted rear bumper, mine has one lol! But for the rare far and few in between I've seen a couple and I mean a couple that do not lol!
