How to Store Flat Tire. 1. Screw the shaft into the floor though the slit in the mat covering the trunk floor ( or luggage space floor). Insert a screwdriver in the hole present in the shaft end and rotate the shaft in a clockwise direction until it is tight. (Make sure the mat is not caught.) 2. Pass the shaft through any one of the lug holes in the wheel and tighten the wheel down with the holder until it is fully secure.

here is how i fix my 1991 ea82 a few years ago: Turns out that the single fuel injector was STUCK and i used a large handled screw driver as a soft mallet to free it, no joke. soft TAP, soft TAP, soft TAP. this was after i verified that both the feed and return fuel lines had pressure, 35# i think. Weirdest fuel prob i have ever seen. Since then i only run Chevron techron, and keep my fingers crossed.

So I was thinking on the factory roof racks: do any of your guys use the inner 2 rails, and if so what exactly? ( my 1991 loyale does NOT have roof rack now) My though is to use the inner 2 to extend the rails to full roof length. Using the cut and paste method: What are your thoughts ?

On my 1991 Loyale if I unplug the green "test" connection then this idle cyclic happens continuously. I plug the green back together and the idle returns to the "normal" 1050 - 1000 rpm So hoping that someone has the solutions for your problem. - watching this threat Intently ! -

Had some fun cutting up a junkyard steering wheel:

several steps: 24 years of road grime slowly chipping the black paint away, jasco paint remover, 0000 steel wool, 3000 grit wet sandpaper, Mothers Mag and aluminum Polish. Elbow grease, Sunshine. Stainless steel wood screws.

So i got bored and this is the result :

195/60/15 looks like the winner. As for the rims, yes the 15 inch spare rims are what i am hoping will cheaply* enable me to run 15 inch tires Without doing too many mods.

So my thought is to use 4 spare wheels that are 15 inches, and run 165-65r15 if I can find them. I compared sizes at: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/tirecalc.php?tires=165-80r13-165-65r15 Any thoughts ?
