  4. My dad and his girlfriend sandy went to look at a legacy for their daughter: 93 legacy 2WD automatic 125,000 miles good condition - dad said so, I didn't see it personally $2400 dollars do you think that's a good price? a question they had was, that on the shifter where the 4WD button would be (like a EA82 4WD auto, it's under the one you have to push to change gears) there is a button called "Manual", what does it do? -AK
  5. i have had one on my brat for almost a year now and it has caused no problems.
  6. I am getting my brat inspected today, and I will call auto-trim design about putting the targa on also. I have to do some grinding on the rollbar and put on a few trim pieces, also get some bed carpet. so, I will be at Carlisle, but I might not have the rollbar on, or bed carpet, or mudfllaps. see ya there!

  14. 92 loyale 3AT 4WD. we were driving home from walmart and on the highway, it lost third, just like it shifted into neutral, had to drive the rest of the way doing 35 on the highway. I took out the govenor, the gear was cored all the way down in the center, I had checked it a week ago and it was fine! I felt around and the inside gear feels good. my question is what could make it wear down so fast?
  15. I saw that brat before too, I was going home from kenobles grove and saw it on the highway, I think it has a black rollbar on it.
  16. is "our world is flat" trademarked?
  17. When I run into things like that I just use a dremel tool to grind a flat-head slot into it. works all the time on those little star and square screws:cool:
  18. Hello, my father is thinking of buying a 1990 Legacy LS AWD, that has the "high ride" option, which raises the suspension with a push of a button. he had a xt before with the adjustable ride height shocks and they gave him nothing but trouble (he eventually converted it to coil-over) is this the same type of system on the legacy with the same problems? -AK.
  19. mine has normal bolts
  20. He didn't make all the cuts:-p, we used a grinder with a cutting wheel on it, what we couldn't fit the grinder into we used shears. and an air hammer. he figured out all this when he restored his triumph, so the brat is him teaching me how to do bodywork, I will need it when we restore his sunbeam and convert his tr7. and when I get a gen 1 Brat. and some 360's, hopefully. -AK.
  21. My dad and I finished the last layer of clearcoat about 2 hours ago He painted it because he is awesome at that, I have sprayed stuff before, but not a whole car. pics here http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/267346/3 It's buffing, then the targa from dahled, reassembly and then carlisle!
