I WANT!!!! Even though I love my legacy as a street suby I would love to have tires like that under it. More access to camping spots. Keep up the good work mate!!
-
You always got some crazy idea in your head for modifications. But it would be sweet!!!

I have 205/65/15 tires on my 1990 stock legacy wagon. They are pretty close the the rear coil though. You can fit your finger in between the tire and coil, and they are 25.5in tall. So that last half inch is gonna be pretty close to touching the rear coil. I say go for it!!

Heres a clip of what it sounded like when I first put it on. With the catalytic converter still on. Its a little louder now and much better. Durania Yes it sounded just like that. Rediculously LOUD!!! Im sure My old upstairs neighbors loved waking up to that every morning. I'm glad its fixed tho. Yesterday I noticed my spark plugs are NASTY! So im gonna get some nice ones to replace them. Any suggestions?

So I havent updated ya'll on my legacy wagon daily driver for a while so here ya go. Heres a list of things I have done to my legacy so far: 5sp tranny out of a 94 brighton legacy wagon. (I blew out 2nd gear doin some winter time rally, But the tranny had 235,000 miles so it was gonna go eventually.) New radiator cause one day on my way to work It just puked out all the fluid. Lightweight underdrive pulley. A great modification for more horsepower. Really pulls past 4K rpm.Heres a pic of the lightweight underdrive pulley: I also had my timing belt crap out on me. So a friend and I re did it ourselves. With the help of a chiltons manual of course. Heres a pic of one of the pulleys that had a bearing inside explode. Therefore the belt hopped around and failed. Also replaced another pulley in there that wasnt spinning that well. I also rigged up a cold air intake instead of the crappy stock airbox. Heres a pic: And I still have that Naxos Free flow Muffler that is AWESOME!!! But over the winter my cat rotted off right after the header right before the cat. So I drove around with just a header for a while but DAMN it was a little too loud fo rme. SOunded Like a chopper. HAHAH. So I cut off the CAT and had a straight pipe instead. Heres a pic of the muffler: I also got an Optima battery cause they rule! Plus my alternator is starting to crap out so its pretty much the only thing still turning over the engine. And I finally got my summer tires and rims back on there. Heres pics of the awesome stance and sweet rims. Tires are 205/65/15 and three different kinds hAHAHAHHAHHA. LOVE THE STANCE!!! I love how the tires and rims stick out of the body a little: So with the few modifications I have done to my legacy it is pushing some better power than stock for sure. I have a few more plans for the suby to EEkk out as much horsepower with the stock engine. Rally videos and other pics to come this summer.

So its almost summer time. I have my nice summer rims just waiting to get put on. But i was looking at my tires and it seems like they rub the coil just a little bit. They are pretty wide 15in rims. So Instead of getting more low pro tires that would be pricey i figured i could get some wheel spacers to cure the rubbing. I only need like a 1/4in -1/2in spacers. Anyone know where to get some online? These are the rims and tires. Thanks

Yeah pretty much the coolest video ever!!!!!

Word Zap. I know what you mean. I always drive past my mountain patrol and say to myself "damn what a beast!" I am planning on buying it back from him this summer. I just want it back soo bad. And he almost never drives it so its still the same as when i sold it to him. I just sold it to get my toyota but now I want it back!! I still give mad props to subies. Theres even a new lifted wagon in bozeman i spotted. Its a lifted EA82 with the same rims i had and some fatty 27in all terrains. Just makes me miss my lifted wagon -
A lot of forums do this and the way they do it is everyone post pics. Then you will choose the best ones. Then make a poll vote on which pics get into the calendar. Everyone can vote once. This is a thread at a toyota forum for a calendar. I'm UBERYOTA! http://www.yotatech.com/f121/yotatech-2008-calendar-voting-thread-poll-128812/ But heres my pics:

This is absolutely great. I have my 90 legacy wagon and I want it to be an sti wagon soo bad and I realize its gonna take thousands of dollars, but guess what I've got my whole life ahead of me to do everything I want to. Someday I will have a one of a kind legacy lsti wagon. Its really worth it to have a one of a kind car that you put all the work into. Thanks for sharing

So we got a crap load of rain the past few days. So we went and checked out a mud hole that was overfilling. it was probably 4ft deep. So ploped it in 4lo and hammer down. my feet got all wet. I did get a little water in my distributer though. enjoy pics going slow through the first bit. it started getting deeper fast so I had to hammer the throttle. still going bow wave action! no more tires! it was a long crossing. see the 69 chevy on stand by.
