  4. Wheel Adapters , set of 4 $125 this will allow you to bolt up the old 205 mm Volkswagen wheel pattern to your EA81 or EA82 4x140
  5. last time I went that route , the hatch ( not mine) blew both rear axles , with the locked rear , it got towed out of there with a tracker that was with us , the car started the trip lookin great, and left all beet up , just ask Rob K
  6. this is for both the EA81 AND EA82 Model, comes with bolts and shackles
  7. Heres a front view of the bumper design, I have most the design details worked out, now to get quotes on the material and labor costs , what I would like to do is have 10 bumpers built up, now I dont have the working capital (money) to do that so this will have to wait or if I had some of you place orders backed by full payment in advance then I could finance the project and introduce a new product into the world of Subarus , I figure within a week I should know the costs .SJR
  8. Jeff all locked?? mud tires?? I think we should go up that trail with th gate and shoefly, only been up there once
  9. Heres some leaked info I found, I understand this is currently under deveopement in the Idea and engneering stage this is not the final design, I understand it will also have ends capped with another recovery point at the ends
  10. Ivan, cant wait to see the finished car, what size diameter and thickness round tubig or pipe did you use on the towers??
  11. Right!! for offroad the low end tourque or the EJ with a Carb will be way better then the stock EA with Fuel Inject
  12. to keep the wiring simple and durable, with this setup all you need is one wire to the distributer and a fuel line to the carb, it makes putting a newer engine into a older car that much simpler, no wiring harness to modify, no sensors or computer to set up and wire, granted to get the highest preformance out of a newer fuel injected engine you go with the electronics, with this setup as long as you have some juice in your battery and some gas you can drive the thing home,
  13. Kenny and I are working on the T-case car looks like 9" lift may be a while Engine Adapter $188 manifold still under development
  14. A little Update: Been doing some design work, looks like I will go with 2-1/2" round tubing with built in recovery points, 2 - shackles, 2" x 2 " receiver and a grabbar/ grill guard/light bar iin the center, similar to this but straight capped tubing shackles and grabbar similar to this but wider gap between uprights to allow for offroad lights in the middle goal is to keep it under $300 but I wont know till I add up all the costs, also planning on a skidplate to work with this
  15. Jess Keep a Balance you have to Balance your work time with the play, you have to go wheelin to give your self motivation to build all those kits I dont understand the diff swap statement, I run a locked rear on the raod to the wheelin event all the time
