  1. i think that is the wrong question, to long of a answer. how about what don't you like about your roo? I dont like my headlights, hrm i think thats about it....
  2. looks cool Zap, definatly the first obs with swampers i have every seen!!! they look mean!
  3. hood river would be awsum, count me in also!!! can't wait, 8 months!!
  4. ya, subarus are super cool, on and offroad.(mostly offroad ) o ya, and welcome to the board!
  5. if i were you, i would just do a t'case mod and the works. suspention lift, ehh by by axles.yes subarus are unibodys, the body lifts are sorta different from a body lift for say, a truck. if you want to go with any tires bigger than 29 inches, your definatly gona want a t'case mod. any thing bigger than 29 and stock gearing, its not gona be fun to drive...well any way, good luck with your project
  6. my high lift jack weighs way!! more than my floor jack, i dont think Zap is talking about a huge floor jack..
  7. thats my problem also, but i do have a high lift jack.just no were to jack the car up at until i get my sturdy bumpers..
  8. i have one it runs, but want to find a old hatch that probably won't run:banana:
  9. personal attacks? just punch him or somtin are you going to turn your wagon into a rally wagon? see dodge, not a very good idea..there concept of heavy cars, huge motors=less mpg, isn't exactly working..unless some people are rich or something.. but i mean, crysler has went bankrupt and everything, how lame is that...if he says one more thing about your car, tell him that soobmater thinks that his hunk of garbage isnt worth driving out of your drive way! IMO!
  10. if you really got 140 ponies out of a ea 81, all i have to say is, DAM!!
  11. actually, that looks really cool, if you get some thing for a ea 82, im hella interested in it..

    How much lift?

if you dont want to lift it right away, get some 14 inch pugs, and since it is winter, might as well get some studless winter tires..195/70/14 would be a great increase over stock tire size..those would measure at 24.7 as the stockers are 23.2. so a little bit taller.. but those would fit with out any fender rubbing issues. now, if you do decide to get a lift, i wouldnt go any larger than 29 inch tires, other wise it would mess with your gearing to much...
  13. Heres my logic, screw what anyone thinks.dude, the guy with the dodge, im sure he likes going to the gas station by now. now, i don't like new cars, so if i were you,i would definatly keep your subaru.. i mean really buddy, don't let it go,it doesnt matter what the other guy says..he really can't approve of anything he says because he's never had a subaru.
  14. buddy, get a lift, trust me, it doesnt matter what anyone says. just go wheeling with someone in a truck..they get stuck..and laugh in there face!or tell them to give you some respect other wise dont pull them out. but other than that dude, keep your wagon!!
  15. nice score!! that sure is a straight looking body..i can't wait to see it lifted
  16. no, welcome to the board to original poster, i was just sayin i threw my deer in the back of my wagon, and the blood sorta got everywhere
