im gona show you the wheels page http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/80s/wheels2/wheels.html as for the lifts basically what everyone said. now, if you wanna go huge, like 6inch +, go with mudrat79(john). the 3inch and 4inch, it seems like pretty much every one runs byb(ozified)lifts. the AA lift is a new one, but seems to have its pros and cons. if you want to check out what some big lifted ea81 wagons look like check out rooinators ride at http://www.westcoaststompers.com/home.htm it has a 8inch lift hope i helped, clay -

now you just need a lift and some swampers:brow: -
ok right above that brace there if you put a slight bend, it could run up the tire farther. but i didnt relize that you didnt make that so it might be a pia. if you made that, you could put in the bend, and then extend the tubing a bit. if you put the bend in it would stay well away from the brakes.it would give you a few inches up the tire more.

thats good you didnt roll it. it does look like you had a lil fun goin threw that big puddle in subrat84's post
-
if you put a bend in that, you could have it go up the tire farther.

this should be made into a sticky. anyway, i dont even use 5th gear anymore:) and 28's arnt that wussy. they are a lot bigger than the 23's they came with. if you want to be a real tough guy, get a bigger lift.

soobmater replied to FlyB0y's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
i think you should put on the fart can, then when they start revving up their engine and giving you a headache at a stoplite, you can just rev up your engine and then run him over -
