  1. What? You need somebody to twist your arm? Kick you in the arse? Jeez:rolleyes:
  2. This one is from OZ, dont recall who owns it. But it sure got me wanting one like it.
  3. True, the Hatch does have a shorter departure angle. But the Coupe lifted would have a better coolness factor. I've been wanting to do it for years now.
  4. Well, its sure got me thinking again:banghead: Coupe with 3in lift and EJ22 conversion. Who wants to buy my Hatch for $1500?
  5. Dont feel bad, theres only 2 Hatches in all of OZ.
  6. Well, we certaintly have the stuff here to make one just like yours. We can get the dual intakes and we have lots of EA81 Coupes available. Is your a 4spd? And dont worry, I'll admit when I'm wrong. This was a generalized question, so it can apply to the whole planet I guess.
  7. Verify if you have fuel getting to the injectors. Did you replace the fuel filter? Sitting for that long could it have gone bad, not to mention it might have junk from the tank in it.
  8. Most of the people that post on this Board are form the States. I think he was asking if they imported one here. Both OZ and NZ got different imports than we did.
  9. Check out Ebay. Theres quite a few in different price ranges. http://motors.search-desc.ebay.com/Subaru_Dash-Parts_W0QQcatrefZC12QQcoactionZcompareQQcoentrypageZsearchQQcopagenumZ1QQfromZR2QQfrtsZ50QQfsooZ2QQfsopZ2QQftrtZ1QQftrvZ1QQftsZ2QQsacatZ40017
  10. No, they didnt. The only Coupe that was 4wd was the 83/84 Turbo Coupe, and it was a 3AT with single range 4wd. It would be quite simple to take a 5spd 2wd Coupe and convert it to 4wd D/R. A little bit harder if its a AT tho. They did have a 4wd Sedan, not sure what year, or if it had a S/R or D/R.
  11. The starter might be dragging. Do you have a spare to try? For those of you that dont have any real insight to add and wish to be a post whore................go play in OT:cool:
  12. Good pics, got some serious cancer on the T-Brat tho:( I hate to say it, but your hand reminds me of a cartoon characters. You know, with 3 fingers? Really sorry, looks like its healed up well tho.
  13. I think, when you connect the green plug, the fuel pump should cycle on and off continuesly. This will tell you if the injectors are getting fuel. Well, it will tell you if the filter is getting fuel. Did you change the filter?
  14. Well, you will bypassing the majority of people here in WA. Theres a couple of folks on the Pen, but they havent posted in months.
  15. Slow down? Seriously, speed is the worst thing for off-roading, at least for our older Soobs. Some of us have divorced transfer cases (Nissan) which allow us to crawl over obsticles instead of having to go at it full throttle. Do a search here and you will find all you want to know about the mod.
  16. Yes, having the y-pipe will make a difference. Make sure you give all your info when asking questions about problems, that way we can give accurate answers.
  17. Thats what it sounds like with out plugs in it. To get any air out, the car needs to be running long enough to warm up and open the thermostat. Then you can slowly fill it as the water circulates thru the engine.
  18. My thoughts are if you stay on the road, you dont need them. Off-road, its a good idea to keep them on. Debris is what you need to worry about.
  19. Good deal, maybe we can meet up soon so you can get some parts?
  20. Alot of it is taxes, but every State is different. For instance, to buy tabs every year for my Harley, I pay double of what it should cost in my area. And its all becasue bikes are allowed to use the HOV lanes on the freeways.
  21. Were you trying to keep the pizza warm, or your car?
  22. Welcome to the Board and great score on the XT Turbo, even if its 2wd. Actually, its faster than a 4wd, for obvious reasons. Hope you got the right waterpump, theres a long shaft and short shaft for turbo's. It depends on the AC, if its dealer installed or factory.
  23. Be careful of the plastic oil pressure line. If it rubs on anything or is close to a heat source, you could have a real mees on your hands. If you get some extra $ and time, run copper line for it instead. Nice wagon:headbang:
  24. Good deal. So it wasnt cored out I take it?
  25. Looking good:headbang: Gotta luv them Hatches:D
