  1. I noticed that the hankook ventus R201 comes in a 185/70/13 size. I though this would be really cool for someone wanting to rally on some 13" rims for like a historic rally form. http://www.hankooktireusa.com/product/tire_race_detail.asp?pid=47
  2. Just got my pads today, they finally came in. I will install them sometime this week so I am happy to see how they do. So far they look like a great compound compared to the organic, and they are slightly taller from top to bottom. I will keep you all posted.
  3. Very interesting. Did you find the car taking more time to rinse off afterwards or just the same? I may have to try.
  4. Ya I am a bit burned today. My true redneck is showing through a bit. Atually I got crispied pretty good. I am glad that the new school guys actually showed some intrest to the old school subies, allthough I would say a good portion of them have no clue what an rx is. Sad but true.
  5. Sounds good. There is also that old Woody's pizza back there in golden. I am not really sure what everyone would be up for.
  6. That grandfather bit is great! And who needs ac to drive a lifted subie. I drive mine all the time in this 90deg + weather. Just kiddin man.
  7. No real need to sleeve an ej22t block unless it is scored beyond belief. Darton makes sleeves.Wiesco makes pistons for that. I would personally go with the heads that would best suite its intended purpose. Ej25 heads would be really nice for lots of power.
  8. I can get you one here in the usa. I know of a hatch at a junkyard right now. I would gladly be willing to help. I am not sure how much it would cost to ship to you.
  9. I should be there. I will be on time to this one as well.
  10. Where in wyoming are you headed? It will be nice to have a new member around this area.
  11. I just ordered a set today. They will come in a few days. I am really anxious to try them out. I believe these along with my stainless brake lines will really make a huge difference. We will see.
  12. Found this very interesting on the Hawk brake pads website. Someone may have already posted this but I thought it was worth putting up here. May make for some extra stopping power for old auto cross cars or our offroad rigs with bigger tires. Not the cheapest pads in the world but I may just have to give them a try since my lifted hatch needs front pads pretty bad. http://www.hawkperformance.com/parts/search.php?year=1985&make=SUBARU&model=BRAT&show_street=yes&Submit=Find+Parts+%3E%3E
  13. That looks breathe taking! Any chance you might have a rhd rx 3dr coupe?
  14. Great pictures! I bet you got some good looks when you were driving your roo with the trailer being pulled behind it! Your car looks great as does the 4wheelers.
  15. I wish I could have made it,but I had wedding stuff to do for a friend of mine from England that got married over the weekend. I am glad I am done with that cause it took up alot of time. Keith- I will meet with you this week sometime if that works.
  16. Wow that is going to be a monster! I don't think power will be an issue with that engine to turn some big tires! I do like those lift blocks in there with that gold anodized look. Good job!
  17. Man I will definately try to make it! I would love to come to another meet with all the cool colorado-subians and Mick!
  18. Holy crap! That is about all I can say right now! I want one of those someday.
  19. Yes I think you would have to get it re-jetted since it came off of a different car. What size engine was in the car you pulled it from? Just thought if you got it from something with similar displacement you may have a good starting point. As far as the adapter goes, alot of people order from redline. I have seen several adapters in Australia for sale on ebay. There is a good weber thread on here, should answer any other questions you might come across. Good luck.
  20. If someone in your car is nice enough to squeeze a bellows with a long hose on it and direct it towards your carb, then I think that is an easy 10h.p. extra. j/k.
