  1. i need to do mine, write up?
  2. whats wrong with your RX? my non turbo xt FWD auto ran that with a dead cyl..
  3. i know, stupid economy tires and steelies.. the suspension is fine for me, i like the cushy ride it has, and knowing i can still run over stuff if i want to
  4. hit refresh, shouldnt be so giant now.. hahaha
  5. my computer is so jacked up, i need to redo the pics and get better ones the boost controller can be made at home depot, its a bleed time with a ball and spring control (works off spring tension) the intercooler is welded to the factory spare tire holder (with heat sheild) the air shroud is a foam mold wrapped in black tape, so i can make one from fiber when i get more money with the rwd its more fun to drive than my 300zx, quick as snot.. now to work on the pictures, ill do it now if the comp will let me
  6. to show off my car.. :humble:
  7. keep me informed, i dont have one but im curious
  8. they do it to try and kill people.. and if your center diff was "locked" or you were in 4wd. you would just stop all four (or 3) tires even with a vicsous, theres no difference, and with an open diff, it dosent care.. i used to routinely pull the ebrake to hold the front tires and do a burnout, it would send all the power to the back.. it didnt care, i dont see the difference at all.. but im rwd now, and still would like a rear ebrake its not like your going to be punching it WITH the ebrake on!
  9. why not, it could theoretically melt and seal a blown headgasket
  10. thats what your going to have to do
  11. my rx used to do that.. It was either the coil or the ignition timing.. i fcked with em both and now its fixed..
  12. **** i can floor it from idle and by the time it hits 6k its made 7psi VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHH
  13. my rx sees 7k daily.. one time i missed a shift and i heard the needle slap the bottom of the dash.. going to 2nd instead of 4th at 7k in third gear tends to do that.. i thought for sure it would of shredded the timing belts at that point
  14. i NEED thoose wheels.. BAD
  15. all you welders need to quit posting about your problem and do something constructive.. like build me a header for my RX
  16. just start the stupid thing and dont rev it or anything.. it should be ok
  17. have you tried taking sweet to it and giving it a hug? subarus are strange cars.. but really, im thinking you have a bad ground somewhere, which is preventing the car from running right.. check that ground straps on the motor AND the one that goes from the battery to the body.. hell, even the one on the tranny.. theese cars are strange like that
  18. i want one, its better than my grille..
  19. how come my rx dosent have a grille like that? is it because i have a sedan?
  20. i have two.. one is when its an impromto drag race.. floor it from idle, when it hits 5.5 or so it has 10psi, let the clutch out just a hair to preload then wham, take my foot off.. the other is to preload at 5.5k, and then floor it to 7ish and pop the clutch.. that sends the car launching unbeleiveably.. but of course, now that im RWD, i have to walk it out of the hole and as soon as it hits boost its walking sideways hit second, spin some more.. i miss my awd! get the xt6 fw and clutch setup and that should help a little bit
  21. well - i know for a fact that when it senses knock, it pulls timing... this could cause a cloud of smoke if theres alot of fuel going in the motor.. but it dosent richen up, just pulls the timing
