Awesome, thanks Eric. So is this already set in stone? The dates and all? Im thinking of making up some flyers and such to lay on Subaru's around town. This is the 6th annual West Coast Subaru Show, correct?

WooHoo, WCSS in OREGON!!!!! yeah baby!

Still quite a drive, little over 300 miles for me, oh well, just as long as it keeps gettin closer I can dig. I am going to be there!! Even if I have to sell my soul to the devil!!

Very cool. Actually heard it from John, at 5:00. Ha! Kind of figured you were trying to do some rally-x since you didn't mention any sites to choose from, figured you had one in mind.

Tell us Portland guys, if there is anything we can do to help.

(long stream of profanity here), I'm almost positive that fall semester will already be started. Looks like I'll be hoping for next year:rolleyes: .

And a big:( from Roxanne.

Yea I read it on the Impreza site the day before it was posted here, so when I asked Zap or Qman to post the info, I already knew it.

WOW Snowman, I don't think I've ever heard of a college starting classes before public schools did. Mine also stared toward the end of September. That is a real bummer.

The last couple of times when people were asked to give their input on a place, a huge debate started. We tried to avoid it. We've had pretty good success with planning HP meets by simply giving everybody a date and place.

If there was gonna be no chance of a RallyX, we would have held it in WA.

Will definitely ask you for a favor or two on down the line Richie. We'll be in town to reconoiter (sp?) the place in a couple of weeks. Maybe you can caravan out to the place with those of us who go. . .

Dude! sweeeeeeet!

that location should be beautiful in the summer! I was in that area passing thru last summer, and there are some cool sites to stop and see- like stonehenge (the washington side, and its a replica of course) and also on the warshington side, there is a spot along side the road (and coulmbia) that is really nice rock climbing.....

The Hood River chamber of commerce will be trying to set up a nice list of things to do in the area. There are many summer type things to do. This may be the best event yet!

We will have more info to add as the weeks go by. Stay tuned.

3000 mile drive for me.. Any other Alaska guys interested in going? Thats a long drive for me to do by myself.

Unless Mudrat still has that ea81 wagon.. then I might fly down buy that, goto the show and drive it back up.

for the northbound guys we could all meet on friday mornin of the event at either clackmas mall or mall 205 on I-205 so some of us that know where it is can guide everyone there cause I have been there before a couple times for the rallyX's and it is a nice place to be and whooo hoooooo!!!!

Hmmm, classes start on the 30th for me....

Maybe I could skip the rallycross portion, leaving sunday morning. That could get me back here by tuesday night late.

Hood River is sweet. There's a lot of fun stuff to do, Train ride, antiques, wind surfing, quick hop to mount hood. Bring the wives and kids.

Man- the year I'm gone we do one in Oregon! and at Hood River no less!

You all have a good time, the weather should be great!

I will be joining the midwest folks this april, but we'll miss the west coast my "Alma Madder" (sp?).

Enjoy Oregon!

Kurt

good deal, its 3000 miles, but i'll pencil it in, if i can get the two weeks off, the one before and after i could certainly make a roadtrip out of it.

Whoo Yoooo!!!

excellent dates and location for me. Thanks for the planning Qman and others. I can't wait.

Now I have a deadline to get my monster-brat running:eek:

To quote Fez: "Son of a b!@#$"

School IS back in.

I dunno, I'll have to re-group .
