I've emailed them a couple times in the last two weeks and haven't heard anything back from them. Anyone know whats going on?

Be patient, you are not the only one e-mailing them, did you try calling them, I get better and quicker results that way.

tomorrow I think, maybe next thursday, can't recall.

 

I do know they are flat hammered trying to get stuff done before vacation time.

I talked with Emily last week. She said they are extremely busy. They are basically going to have to close the doors for a week or two to get all the work they have done. They are going on vacation in two weeks.

 

Try calling them. (303) 293-9230

 

Just be prepared to have it take a little bit to get your order completed. Remember they service the entire country. Not just our board.

Don't worry, once you get Emily on the phone, she'll answer all your questions, and probably add a few things you didn't even think of. They are good people to work with.

Qman is correct, they closed today thru (2/26)

for a much desevered 2 week vacation

In a related note, i finnaly got my engine from them, its a beauty, and i'm really excited about getting it in my car, except that there is no crank pully. so now i have to wait a few more days to find one of those. not their fault, it was an item i thought was part of the long block, and i didn't ask, and we all know what happens when you assume. but thats ok, it gives me another 3 days to do cusome urathane motor mounts.

they are very busy. probably because they are good. my motor from them is running well. and the one small problem I had was handled without any trouble. I give them lots of credit they are good people with a good product.

They are really cool people. Had a 2.5 SOHC motor that did not have a EGR return tube on the head, and he offered to send me the tools to drill and tap it.

 

Ended up buying a head locally but still very nice of him to answer my questions, and offer his expertise and parts.

Thats weird.. My EA82T doesn't have it either.. nor did it have any of the EGR crap on the original manifold.. now it has a different manifold, with EGR, but the return tube is blocked off.. maybe I should drill it and tap it.. I haven't been real keen on driling extra holes in my heads though.
