Yeah but remember this is an EA82T not an EJ STI block... those things have ribbed cylinder walls and forged internals! this thing does not... so im planning on setting the boost and leaving it! $200 for my car... thats like 1/4 of what its worth!
-
hehehe... i found out how to make a manual boost controller... any of you guys know of ppl using one of these??? http://www.geocities.com/chmwatson/FAQs/mbc.html and their success??? I my car is intercooled and i hope to be pushing it up to at least 10lbs ive heard of people doing up to 16 lbs... thats crazy although the gl-10 has a 7.7 comp ratio THATS SO LOW i could probably sleep in that combustion chamber at TDC
-
yeah but how long do you take to pour in a million little things... well..... how many are there? and how big are they??? i can if they were the size of powder but... i dont know....

Nice job man... i gotta remember to add a vacuum to my on the road emergency kit... which consits of: teflon tape, oil, adjustable wrench; nedle nose pliars, water, ductape, and of course.... a big rump roast hammer -
850 to 6500 wow thats a powerband!
-
That stuff looks cool.... but it seems like a pain to take off the tire... put the crap in it... and then hope you have just the right ammount so you dont have to do it again... i like stickEm weights its quick and easy to spin a wheel and then "Stickem" on!

Just a suggestion... and question.... You should be running premium... if your knock sensor is doing its job its probbably sensing knock and retarding the timing to compensate... but then again.. youve had the car like this for a while right with no problems so... hmmmm -
Your sure that your coolant system is pressurizing right??? if its not.. those bubbles that your hearing are boiling water.... its not supposed to do that unless its not pressurized! Just wanted to throw that in...
-
did you disconnect your bat for about 20 mins and then reconnect it and this still comes up immidiatly?? it should take about 3-5 mins for the ECU to figure everything out again... like a goldfish hehe:banana:
