  1. local bone yard for $100, its a freak chance since i hate this junk yard since they over charge you on everything. they clearly didn't know what they where worth. they just said, of, ugly 4 lug, how about $100. LOL and no im not selling them for a long time, only reason i would is for some peugeot 505 turbo 15inch wheels and tires.
  2. AIS, correct me if im wrong, is the air injection system for emissions, it puts exhaust gases back through the engine to make it reburn those gases.
  3. hey everyone, i got a question, does anyone know where i can grab a re-build kit for a EA82? i can probally get a engine for free, just needs a rebuild, so anyone know where i can get one for CHEAP from? Thanks, Shean
  4. ok i finally, with the help of subarujunkie, got my photo page workin on the USMB pages. got the movies and pictures uploaded. this is a movie of my exhaust with the Thrush 2inch muffler. exhaust and this is a video of my custom short shifter that i did, i now have a leather boot on it, just got to take the pictures. shifter what do ya think?
  5. well im not gonna paint these probally since i picked up a set of Enkei 13's tonight and are gettin put on tomarrow at school. Shean
  6. ok because i put just the rim on tonight to make sure that the bone yard wasnt wrong, and i used my stock lugs, it seemed secure, i just wanted to make sure it wil hole. until i get my new locking lugs that is. Thanks, Shean
  7. common, someone has to know.
  8. can i use my stock lug nuts from the white wagon wheels on these enkei alloy's, i got a set tonight and wanted to put them on tomarrow at school. thanks Shean
  9. i would have, but its for plastic, nothing else, thatswhy and it looks kinda like its stock, when the lights come on it looks like it should be red instead of amber.
  10. snowman, i cant really tell, but im settled on keeping it a stock color for now.
  11. i dunno, i might just redo them white until i get my new wheels, then paint them black and polish the lip. Sweet82, ya alot of old tymers and new up and comming guys with their muscle cars are doing this, they are using just plain red paint, but the problem is that most of it wont stick to the plastic for a long time, so i just went and get some model car paint and used it, worked great on my camaro, same with my subaru. Shean
  12. well i was thinking that if i painted the car another color, i dunno if black would look so good, but if someone can post of pictures of black rims on a wagon that would help. im probally gonna just go with the metallic silver. this is whatmy rims on my 78 C10 look like after i painted them.
  13. that thing is a beast, I LOVE IT!!
  14. Har Har Har, very funny. i dont like amber lights, they dont match smoothly for how i like it.
  15. scooby, thanks for the very informative information, i got the same problem, it was there since i bought my scooby about a month and a half ago, i dont really watch it while im driving, i go by sound and feel. but im gettin another dizzy soon for free.
  16. by the way, WHAT COLOR SHOULD I PAINT MY WHEELS DAM YOU TORXXX, lol
  17. thats funny i did this in about 30 minutes, went to the DOL to turn in my lisnece since its revoked, went to about 6 places to get a job, and then came home, had dinner, rented a movie, had my girlfriend go home, and now im on here. this is pretty much every day, work on car, girlfriend comes over, we go looking for jobs, we come back, rent movies, she goes home, i get on USMB. oh well, i got no life.
  18. got bored today so i grabbed my Candy Apple Red spray paint i had for my car model and painted my taillights, now tomarrow im going to ether repaint my rims the stock white, or a metallic silver, again, to be different. what do you guys think, white or metallic silver for the rims? Shean
  19. i got a hitachi if your intrested, PM me if so. Shean
  20. thats where i got the picture from, and no, i now own it. just have to take the time to drive out to the coast to pick her up.
  21. incorrect, if it where to come off, it would stick to your oil pan, and woopide doo. by the way i sent you a PM subaruTex and have been waitin for a reply for quite a while. Shean
  22. i myself havent, but my grandfather has, he used to tow his 80 brat and his 86 GL wagon all acrost the west coast, washingon to cali, to arizona, and back MANY TIMES. never had a problem, im actually gettin his settup from him since he gave me his brat, and his wagon was rolled by my uncle, moose VS GL wagon, lets just say the moose won.
  23. uhh, can you say a freaking rip off. all you do is get a standard oil plug, and drill a whole in the middle, then insert a magnet, or just apoxy one to the top of the plug, screw taht, waht a waste of cash.
  24. start up = pegged gauge idle = 45 crusing = between 45 and pegged, revs great, runs fine, doesnt burn oil at all. i love my EA82
  25. NoahDL88, i think he ment with a weber and exhaust a 25hp gain. i know that after i put on my new muffler my car doesnt stumble like it did, off throttle is alot better, and seems to run a little smoother. i highly recomend getting a weber, exhaust, and a cam. and you should have plent of power, but if your like me and need more, then have the heads pocket ported, larger valves put in, shave them a few thousandth's, the 1.6lt or 1600cc pistons, port match the intake, and redo the dizzy for more bottom end torque and you should be good.
