My '95 Legacy: Trashwagon10
I saw one for sale in Milwaukee area a few months ago, It was like an '85 FJ60. It had been painted Light blue pearl Mica, had 24" chrome wheels and some janked up interior mods (What a waste of a Landcruiser) this is not a Pimp-mobile. Fox, Remember that Custom painted EA82 sedan a while back you looked at with the Painted bumpers body color. it was that same light blue metalflake color. Now we'll see if the Unconsionable ball breaker, Ben Goble, strolls in and complains I am talking about Toyotas in a Subaru forum.

Steering column bushing or bearing at firewall?
TheLoyale replied to LeolaPA's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXYes about the rubber dounut, it pushes in from the outside of the firewall. And yes, you can disconnect the steering shaft from the U-joint under the brake booster (12mm bolt) then just pull on the column. Remember, there are also 3 10 or 12mm bolts holding the column to the dash (And electrical plugs) Be careful putting the column back in through the hole, the dounut likes to push out and becomes a hassel.

My '95 Legacy: Trashwagon10
This is what I plan on going after come spring time (Being that I can find one in the coming months) I'm just kinda getting out of Subarus, other then the EA82 chassis. I just find the the EA82 and probably All 80s Subarus are better then the EJs, problem being is finding rust free 80s Subarus in WI. 1987 FJ60, 4spd, 4.2 OHV Straight-6 2F.

What would you pay for TW10, Comes with everything and will have a working transmission. I am thinking of listing it for $1,500 on CL come summer time in order to get into an FJ60. Does $1,500 sound to steep to a non Subaru person for a car that has 224,000? The car is always ready to go, besides this trans issue at the moment. Just seeing what ya'll would pay for this thing, knowing everything thats been done and added to it.

Thats why I'd love to run 4.44s with my Auto. I bet a 2.5 Outback could do close to 120mph, unless it has a speed governor?- My '95 Legacy: Trashwagon10
Front LSD is going to be murder on the street daily driving so I've heard. On another note, I can get past 100mph with the 4EAT at around 4300rpm with TC lockup.- My '92 Landcruiser: Safariwagon-II
The VX 4500 Turbo is pretty fast too! But really, how fast do you want to go in these things?- What Have You Done to your Soobie lately? (Please post in here and keep it going)
When I said WRX, I meant STi. These WRX wheels are 5x100. You can not run these wheels, which are 5x114.3- What Have You Done to your Soobie lately? (Please post in here and keep it going)
Yes, they are all 5x100. You just cannot run WRX wheels as they are something odd.- Miles Fox's SecretMobile
Back when they had Mailing Stamp machines, it would kick out the S.B Anthony" dollars for change. I hated those F*cking things. Remember a few years ago, the U.S was talking about doing away with all paper denominations in replacement for Coins (I'd hate a pocket full of coins) Pay for a car in cash, and give the guy $3,900 in Coins!- The Awesome Vehicle Picture Thread
