It's up:banana: http://www.treemo.com/users/r_kirky/channel/item/224884/ First video on my new camcorder I am still figuring out my software. I think I need to compress it differently (looks very grainy) Sorry Caboobaroo I missed the hill jump and to everyone else I left out. Don't worry by next year I'm sure I will be a seasoned pro.

WCSS10 Location and Date Set!
There isn't much wheelin but you can drive on the beach for miles, it is the worlds longest beach. Don't get caught having to much fun though it is state highway and they will site you for reckless driving. IE cookies, driving in the dunes etc. I had a friend get a $1,000 ticket on one trip. When doing cookies at night make sure you turn off your headlights or it can be seen from town but it's a blast crusin the beach

They will usually quote with the molding and if they can reuse they will. You should get that cost knocked off if it is a cash job but if it is insurance they get charged either way. Glad it went smoothly:) -Rob

- More clutch advice
I bought the EA81 clutch kit for 160.00. The Jury is out however, I had to wait 4 days for them to get the 2WD clutch and another 4 days for the correct one. When I did get the correct one it had a great big greasy hand print across the PP and disc I also was broke so I didn't spring for the flywheel. I cleaned it as well as I could because I didn't want to wait another week with my engine suspended from the ceiling of my garage. Long story short it is slipping and I am sick of looking at that hatch. Hope your project goes more smoothly- More clutch advice
http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductDetail.aspx?MfrCode=PHT&MfrPartNumber=MU476801&PartType=244&PTSet=A My mistake I thought you were talking about EA81 I got the xt6 clutch kit for $140 before I realized I couldn't use the disc with my tranny http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductDetail.aspx?MfrCode=FEN&MfrPartNumber=NU31144&PartType=244&PTSet=A They do make you enter a zip code so maybe pricing is different in your neck of the woods. If so I bet you could print one of these and take it in. Those guys are clueless. They don't even have access to the Parts America website, I would be willing to bet that if one were good with photoshop you could set your own prices- More clutch advice
EA81 4WD clutch kit $160.00 Parts America EA81 4WD Reman Flywheel $35.00 + 35.00 core Parts America Parts America = (schucks, Checker, Kragen, Advance, Murrays) Print out the prices from the website and they will match in the store. 2WD clutch is 7 7/8" 4WD is 8 7/8 make sure you measure it in the store or you will end up making as many trips back and forth as I did:grin: It's weird I rarely see any 2WD Subes running around and all they stock seems to be parts for the 2WD- Subaru Brat Devil Kid Decal For Sale

I had the same experience with the gloss black maybe that's why I was so impressed with the metallic:grin:- new windshield time
r_kirky replied to nickb21's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXIt's best to reuse the stock molding if possible the after market ones never fit quite as nicely. If you know a local shop that has a good reputation go for that otherwise Safelite has a coast to coast warranty and if there is a problem they will keep sending a tech until your satisfied. Beware of the Glass they use though always request OEM, PPG, or LOF. Safelite has their own Glass company and on some models the glass can be very distorted. They can't charge you more than your deductible no matter what glass you request. -Rob Former Safelite tech- Hankooks on my RX
I used rustoleum Metallic black on my pugs and was very happy with the paint. It dried in about a 1/4 of the time the gloss black did and did not clog the tip. Cost was about $1.00 More a can- scads of parts that need identifying... lots of pics
I bought my girlfriend an engagement ring about the same time she loaned me some money for my brat:lol: Congrats:clap:- Mountain Loop Highway Adventure? (east of Everirett Washington)

Tranny mounts are easy to tell. I had to replace them in my brat. You can really feel the tranny moving a lot when you shift. You can see them from the engine compartment, have someone release the clutch while in gear a small amount. if they are bad the tranny will lift until it hits the stop. - More clutch advice
