  1. Well, it did go east, but not that far. Haha
  2. Not sure if they'll be helpful, but these are the best pictures I have of the stock throttle and choke setup. I can't take new ones because I just sent my engine off to storage.
  3. What a depressing thread... :-\ Looks like you guys had a blast. Thanks for throwing up the pictures.
  4. Hey, Marksus, would you mind taking a trillion pictures of everything and how they all go together (hoses and the like)? A while back, I managed to lose a lot of pictures and my DC pre-dismantle pictures were among them. I'm glad you have somebody else to pester. Now you may leave me and mine alone. Haha Still, I must taunt you and tell you that it's probably going to be a couple/few years before I get mine back together. What a waste, huh? :-p
  5. If you don't mind the occasional rattling, you can just pull the ball joints out of one of the front axle's DOJ. Leave the cup on the transmission and just let the end of the axle shaft bounce around in there. That's how my Brat currently is.
  6. My DC engine was missing it's distributor too.
  7. I can't remember or find who, but somebody had their snow laden canopy collapse, on their XT, last winter. I think... Smashed their glass. Anybody know who that was?
  8. I haven't had passengers back there, but I have been told that they treat Brats like trucks. You can have passengers back there, but they want you to fill all the available seats inside first. Of course, it all depends on who sees you too. Some cops are just sticklers for certain things.
  9. No can do. Unless I magically fall into a new job with accommodating hours, I'm working that weekend.
  10. Nice find. They look great in there. (Does mean I can have your RS seats now? :-p)
  11. Not necessarily. It might be enough to just get a hanger jammed in the middle of the shaft. You just need more friction between the hanger and the inside of the shaft than there is friction between the outside of the shaft and what it is inside of (plus the pull of gravity and whatnot). Shouldn't be hard since they are well lubricated. If that makes any sense...
  12. Crap, dude. Don't you realize that some of us are impatient? Finish this sucker up already! I mean. Looking good.
  13. You're driving my dream car...
  14. Dude, that sucks to hear. So sorry. Any chance you might share half the license plate number just to help verify? Best of luck.

  16. You could always let me test them out and see how they work.
  17. Too much to do and not enough time to do it in.
  18. Darn. Sounds like fun. Doubt I'll have a Brat by then though.
