  1. Yeah, but I was looking at the wood pile behind the rear bumper.
  2. I've got a blue one sitting in a shed waiting to go in my Brat. No picture because it's 20 miles away though.
  3. I'll gladly keep on hating the EA82T. Just not yours. Unless I'm following it on my motorcycle.
  4. Pretty awsome idea. Anything to keep the "C" from folding over though?
  5. Never before have I actually enjoyed a terrible Subaru review, but that was great.
  6. Wasn't Baccaruda scanning all sorts of different Subaru labels?
  7. This is the EA81 I have sitting, awaiting a rebuild. Obviously only one of those is for the wrist pin (one next to crank?), so he's probably asking about the other one. Or I'm wrong and he's asking about something else entirely. (I wonder if the rest of that yellow crap will melt off when I finally fire it up...)
  8. How ironic. I was just wondering the same thing. Subscribed for answer...
  9. It's going to take a lot of zip ties to put that back together. Glad to hear they're okay and best of luck with the rebuild.
  10. What I'd do, is anchor the lift point as close to the wall/s as possible. Take one chain, that's over half as wide as the garage, and anchor it at the end of the rafter, as close to the wall as possible. Grab another chain, that's over half as wide as the garage, and anchor it at the other end of the rafter, as close to the opposite wall as possible. Then bring them together, in the middle/over the car, and lift from that point. That way you're putting most of the strain on the walls. Make sense, or do I suck as much, at explaining stuff, as I think I do? Picture! (Be kind. I drew it on my iPod touch and I don't have a stylus for a pointer finger. :-p)
  11. What, no John in here yet? Probably hiding under a rock right now. Baby. :-p Nice to at least say hi to everybody. Sorry for jumping off so quickly.
  12. Such an awesome Brat. I couldn't imagine what it'll end up like if this course were to continue.
  13. You mean how long before he leaves you behind? Incredible build guys. Great work, to all involved.
  14. Doubtful, considering where they're at. Wish I could snag them. Hopefully somebody that can will see this.
  15. Well, you could, but you wouldn't return home alive. I'm afraid for my life just for not showing up.
  16. No, a previous owner went to the trouble to actually graft the nose of an EA82 on (just in front of the wheels), so it's natural EA82 up there now. Back half of the fenders are EA81 and front half are EA82. Thank goodness for opinions.
  17. Quality execution there. Looking good. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this relates enough to belong.
  18. If you want to think about an XT/6 coupe, you can have my XT-T shell, but it would be missing the suspension all around (rear trailing arm too) and some interior bits. Figure I might offer since I'm just going to chop it up anyway.
  19. You've got good help already, so I'm just popping in to complement you on the car. It's absolutely gorgeous. Looks great with the wagon wheels.
  20. Looks great, Tom. You've done an all around amazing job on that car.
  21. What's with posting four times, in this thread, and not including pictures in any of them? Get on that, boy! Can't wait to see them.
